The gîte is on the first floor of a beautiful building, under a magnificent frame, you will find all the comforts and a superb terrace. Fully equipped kitchen, large bright bathroom, a large comfortable bed, a beautiful sofa for lounging around and a desk.

Le refuge des cerfs est situé sur la commune de Saint Léon sur Vézère mais nous sommes en dehors du village. Notre petit coin de "paradis" est situé au cœur de la forêt Barade : cet endroit est protégé, naturel et sauvage. Dans cet écrin de verdure, vous trouverez le calme et la tranquillité. Vous pourrez vous prélasser au bord de la piscine ou visiter les nombreux sites touristiques qui se trouvent non loin de chez nous. Nous aurons grand plaisir à vous recevoir au Refuge des Cerfs

Au calme dans un cadre de verdure à perte de vue , c'est un compromis idéal pour allier visite et repos. Dans un village avec tous commerces: supermarché, 2 boulangeries, tabac, presse, 2 restaurants, étang avec sa guingette . Située a proximité de la RD 6089 et de l'Autoroute A 89 (4 km). L'entrée du logement est indépendante accès par l'arrière de la maison.

Un beau studio de 30m2 totalement indépendant de la propriété avoisinante. Avec une piscine partagée avec la propriétaire. Le studio possède un coin cuisine tout équipée, un coin repas et séjour, une jolie espace de nuit avec un lit de 160cm. La salle de bain est équipée avec un WC, lavabo et une douche italienne. La terrasse privée donne sur des vues dégagées de campagne. La maison du propriétaire est adjacente mais elle reste très discrète voir absente.

Très joli studio 3* (classé par Etoiles de France en janvier 2021), au calme à la campagne avec un jardin d’1,5 hectare. Parfait pour un séjour nature dans le Périgord Noir, entre Lascaux et Sarlat. Idéal 2 adultes, spa thérapeutique privé ouvert à l'année, extérieur, non couvert, terrasse. La chambre se situant à l'étage, le logement ne convient pas aux personnes à mobilité réduite.

Chez Chantal et Pascal gite au calme .

Grande chambre pour 2 personnes(lit 160X200) avec salle de douche, double vasque et WC , une cuisine avec micro onde, plaque de cuisson, bouilloire, grille pain, cafetière, frigo. Piscine partagée non chauffée, parking privé. Dans un cadre agréable et calme au centre du Périgord noir. Proche de toutes les commodités et grands lieux touristique (Lascaux).
