Tolle Lage unweit vom Strand, aber auch unweit der Clubs. Das Appartement ist geräumig und sehr sauber. Der Vermieter ist schnell zu erreichen und hilft gerne bei wirklich jeder Frage. Wir durften nach Absprache früher ein- und auschecken. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Un soggiorno splendido, la casa è molto bella, pulita e dotata di tutti gli accessori necessari. La posizione è fantastica e la zona non è da meno. Ho soggiornato un mese e devo dire che mi sono sentita davvero come se fossi a casa mia. Maria è una persona speciale è molto amichevole, è venuta incontro ad ogni mia esigenza e ha reso tutto più semplice, addirittura l’ultimo giorno ho dimenticato una cosa in casa ed è stata così gentile da portarmela dove mi trovavo. Consiglio vivamente questo splendido alloggio, che ti fa sentire veramente a casa.

El apartamento está limpio y muy bien equipado. Las camas eran cómodas. En la cocina había pastillas de lavavajillas y muchos pequeños electrodomésticos, no echamos nada en falta. La terraza era grande y con vistas increíbles. El gimnasio de la urbanización una maravilla! Y la piscina la pudimos disfrutar poco al ser abril pero mis hijos se bañaron un par de días! La zona es tranquila pero a 5-10 minutos de restaurantes y cafeterías. 100% recomendable

Wir waren eine Woche in der Unterkunft von Liz und hatten eine tolle Zeit! Die Lage ist super: man ist in weniger als 10 Minuten zu Fuß am Strand und mit dem Bus in 25 Minuten in der Stadt. Alles was man gerne sehen möchte ist schnell zu erreichen: Bioparc, Ciudad de las Artes, Turia Park etc. Wir waren schon oft in Valencia und lieben die Stadt und das Lebensgefühl in Cabanyal. Wir können die Unterkunft zu 100% weiter empfehlen und waren sehr zufrieden! Die Unterkunft entspricht der Beschreibung und wir haben uns wie zuhause gefühlt!

Перебування було чудовим! Квартира чиста, затишна, з якісним ремонтом та якісною побутовою технікою. Має зручну кухню на якій є все необхідне для тривалого перебування. Чиста і охайна ванна кімната. В квартирі достатньо шаф для зберігання одягу та речей. Зручне ліжко, достатньо рушників. Є система кондиціонування і опалення. Це тихе і спокійне місце для приємного відпочинку. Пілі і Пако завжди любʼязні і готові допомогти, за що ми їм дуже вдячні!🤗

Being next to San Roc square you feel the hustle and bustle of the city Rachel was very proactive and send directions and instructions in good time before arrival. No puedo ponerle ninguna pega. Hemos pasado unos días estupendos en familia . La casa es agradable, cómoda y limpia . Zona tranquila y pegada a la playa. El anfitrión estupendo. Volveremos!
