Mooi en ruim appartement met een zalig groot terras. Ontbijten onder het zonnetje met zicht op zee was heerlijk. Charis was ook een prima host. We arriveerden wat later, maar dat was geen probleem. Hij gaf ons ook nuttige tips voor winkel en restaurants in de buurt. Een eigen wagen is wel noodzakelijk daar. Want op wandelafstand is het aanbod beperkt. Maar binnen 10 minuutjes rijden vind je heel wat.

Just got back from a 10 night stay at this fabulous villa. Very well equipped for self- catering. Air conditioning and wifi access very good. Views of the mountains at the front of the property and views of the sea from the back. Large private garden area. Within a 5 min walk of two large pools. Also close to Cave Bar and restaurant. The beach and Nerja town are a 20 min walk downhill and a 30 min walk back up the hill. However there is a very reliable bus service every hour for 1 euro each way. There are also two large supermarkets within a 10 min walk. Mercadona was our favourite. Debby was very responsive to my messages. I would highly recommend this property and would definitely visit again x

We had a fabulous stay in Nerja. The home was an exceptionally high standard, it had absolutely everything we needed, was immaculately clean and very comfortable. Communication was excellent and the host took extra care and attention following a huge storm in the area. The property was of a very high standard with lovely furniture and great attention to detail, well stocked kitchen and lots of space for a family of 9. We would absolutely visit again.

Die Unterkunft ist traumhaft. Alles ist optimal und optisch sehr ansprechend gestaltete. Bei der Ankunft war bereits das Feuer im Kamin angemacht und der Empfang sehr freundlich. Ich kann die Unterkunft nur wärmsten empfehlen und werde gerne wiederkommen. Leider hatte ich kein Glück mit dem Wetter aber es war auch herrlich um ein Buch zu lesen und Ruhe zu finden. Monika

I absolutely loved my stay at Patricia’s place! The house was beautiful, spotless, and had everything I needed for a comfortable and relaxing visit. The view of the mountains was absolutely breathtaking—such a treat to wake up to each day. The location was perfect: peaceful and quiet at night, yet still close to everything I needed. I truly enjoyed every moment of my stay and would 100% stay here again if I return to the area. Thank you so much, for a wonderful experience—highly recommended!

Si quieres un sitio en coche equidistante de Córdoba, Málaga y Granada, este es el mejor lugar para un grupo grande con coche, por costo beneficio. Literal es lo que ofrece y pues tiene un precio en línea con lo que se encuentra, y hasta diría que un poco más de lo que se paga, nunca supe cómo se llamó la chica que me atendió, y aunque no hablaba español, se esforzaba por siempre estar pendiente. Estuvo muy dispuesta a ayudar. Parking accesible, llegar no es fácil pero con ayuda y tecnología todo se logra. Wifi perfecto. Bueno, tuvimos la suerte de solo tener la fábrica vecina parte de una noche prendida al ser Semana Santa entonces la verdad solo nos costó parte de la primera noche. Tienen juguetes, shots de espirituosos de cortesía, si uno va a tomar algo, todo muy limpio y los cuartos con calefacción, en fin. El último día quería agradecerle y no pude verla, en fin le dejé la llave y envié un mensaje y me respondió hasta la noche.

Wij verbleven de gehele maand januari in het prachtige ruime huis, voorzien van alle gemakken en voldeed prima voor ons. Gekozen voor januari omdat het dan nog niet zo warm is in Spanje en gekozen voor de ligging in de bergen vanwege de rust en de natuur. Het huis ligt net buiten het dorpje Periana met een schitterend vrij uitzicht richting het stuwmeer en in de verte de zee. Hebben prachtige bergwandelingen gemaakt direct in de omgeving of met de auto kleine dorpjes bezocht of heerlijke strandwandelingen gemaakt aan de kust in Torre del Mar dat vanuit Periana in een halfuurtje te bereiken is. Achter het huis bevond zich een ruime tuin met strandstoelen en barbecue en was afsluitbaar zodat ons kleine hondje niet weg kon lopen en heerlijk kon spelen, op het bordes aan de voorkant kon je ook heerlijk zitten en genieten van het zonnetje. Het huis was brandschoon maar vanwege de wintermaanden wel fris, dus de houtkachel of elektrische moest wel aan. Andrés was een prima gastheer voor ons.

We had a wonderful month long stay at Lorie’s beautiful villa. It was well equipped for all our cooking and hosting needs. Spacious and comfortable for a group of 8. We enjoyed walking down the hill to the beach (20 min) and taking day trips to nearby Nerja, Granada, Malaga, Solabrena, and further to Seville and Ronda. Watching the sunrise over the hills and sea from the front patio with the stunning view will be etched in our memories of this happy time in La Herradura. The village itself is quiet and less touristy than others but with plenty of restaurants and activities for the family. Lorie was quick to respond to all our requests and a gracious host.
