Our cosy three bedroom house is right in the heart of the historic town Barnstaple. It is tucked within a small, residential cul-de-sac with free parking outside. A 5 minute stroll away is our high street: there are lots of coffee shops, supermarkets, bars and restaurants. A fifteen minute drive can take you to any one of our famous beaches: Instow, Westward Ho!, Saunton Sands, Croyde and Woolacombe to name a few. This holiday home is in the perfect location to explore the best of North Devon!

Off-road parking to the side; space to hang wet suits & store surf boards, and secure storage for bikes. 10 mins from Barnstaple amenities and easy reach of the Tarka Trail; the SW Coast Path; North Devon beaches & beautiful Exmoor.

One large king / twin bed en-suite bedroom downstairs, two king size en-suite bedrooms upstairs along with a twin. Parking for two cars in front of the barn (more if required). Surrounded by rolling countryside within easy reach of Barnstaple and the lovely beaches of Croyde, Saunton and Woolacombe. Barn 2 (The Engine Room) is next door and shares the back field.

Hidden away in historic Pilton, Heavitree Cottage is a peaceful, character-filled retreat with a truly private garden alive with birdsong, a short walk from Barnstaple’s cafés, shops and the SW coast Path 10 minutes walk to the NDDH and on the right side of town for quick access of Sandy beaches and walks on Exmoor Garage for e bikes. In the garden of a Georgian Wing Cosy and well decorated with original features and use of the shared garden with fast broadband mbps. Free parking on road.

Joining the air bnb community since sadly losing my dad to a battle with cancer, we have tried to create some positivity by creating something that supports the family finically and mentally. Centrally-located place in the heart of Barnstaple Town. With Breath taking estuary views in both directions, then past that onto rolling hills. Perfectly located on the 'Tarka Trail', only a short walk from the town centre of Barnstaple. Great transport links when working in the area / commuting.

Just a 5 minute stroll takes you to the centre of town, or right on the door step is the quaint village of Pilton with its windy streets and independent businesses. The cottage has a fully equipped kitchen for eating in and a breakfast room looking out onto the courtyard garden, while the lounge has a log burner and TV for cosy nights in.
