Friendly host! Allowed us to bring our 4 little dogs! Hard to find a host that will allow this. Clean and peaceful property.

Had a wonderful long weekend at the cottage. Weather wasn't perfect but the beautiful location, and nice beach walks made up for it. The cottage was perfect for us and being able to bring our dog was a big bonus. The beach and surrounding area where cottage is located was quiet and peaceful yet close to many great restaurants, shops, breweries, and groceries. If you can appreciate a quintessential Cape Cod cottage, you'll love this place. Susan was always super responsive and a pleasure to deal with.

The cabin was exactly as described. It was private, clean, and had all the modern amenities while still retaining a rustic feel. It was pet friendly so we brought along our black lab. He had a great time exploring the large yard and the woods around it. We had a peaceful and rejuvenating weekend. Best of all - it was so close to the ocean that you can see it from the end of the driveway.

The house was beautiful. It was incredibly relaxing. Everything was clean and the instructions were fantastic!

This home is beautiful and the view is gorgeous. Everything inside is as listed. Pros: Water views, beach, comfy and clean. Cons: we couldn’t stay longer. Perfect place one of the best airbnbs we have ever stayed at.

We were very happy with our stay. The space was spotless and sparkling clean. We found it charming, cozy and inviting. Kitchen well stocked. Beds comfortable and check in a breeze. Our host Steven, was very responsive. 5 stars. We’ll be back!

We arrived at the cottage and were able to meet our host upon check in. Charles was friendly, helpful and accommodating. The house is very much like the pictures… very pretty with antiques and many windows to view the water. The location with private beach far surpassed expectations! This is such a special place and Charles was so helpful. We feel so lucky to have found this amazing place!

We loved are family stay at Paul & Katie’s home for Easter Week. It is a dream home . The neighborhood was beautiful and walkable, with a peaceful path to a private beach. We enjoyed the shops and restaurants in Mashpee Commons about an 8 minute drive away.

Perfect for a family with little ones. They loved the bunk beds and going to ocean edge using the amenities that were given. Will continue to look at chris's spot when coming back to the cape.

Perfect stay - just be sure to bring or order sheets and towels!

The rooms were spacious and comfortable, making it easy for us to relax and enjoy our vacation. I loved our stay . The place inside was bigger than I was expecting. They have so many dishes, glasses, towels, blankets, chairs, etc to use. The place was great, just wish our weather was better. Thank you for being so helpful before and during our stay . Hope to return next year .

We were looking for a laid back cottage, and this place fit the bill. After a stumble out of the blocks due to the contracted cleaning service having not cleaned the cottage, Pamela did everything in her power to correct the situation and made it right. The cleaning service did show up about 24 hrs late, and Pam reimbursed us some of our payment as compensation. She also was exceptionally apologetic, and truly worked hard to make our vacation enjoyable. The cottage is just what my wife, 2&1/2 yo daughter & I needed; quiet and relaxed with a very efficient layout. The kitchen really is a marvel at how a small space can be maximized when designed well. An easy walk through the sand and over a dune will take you to the beach. Pam’s place really is a cool spot, and she proved to be a very kind and accommodating host.

Tommy was great. He was easy to contact and communicated wonderfully. The house was set up for a guest with everything you needed for a comfortable stay. The furniture and beds were so comfortable as well as the welcoming feel. Plenty of spacious rooms. Even spaces you could have alone time. When they described the house on the ocean, it really is. This was by far the best Airbnb we’ve stayed at. Hope to rent it again next year. I can’t say enough on how comfortable the house is. This is the first house we’ve recommend for other people to stay at. Peg

Eagle’s view was exactly as promised. A very comfortable beach cottage. Very comfortable beds, and everything you would need for amenities for a relaxing stay. Perfect Oceanside Cottage for a home base while you explore Cape Cod, Nantucket or Martha’s Vineyard. If you want to enjoy a beach vacation the private beach is steps from the door. Morning sunrise and evening sunsets are spectacular.

We absolutely loved Peter and Sally’s house, especially the front porch. We spent all of our time out there watching the world go by and taking in the beautiful view of the water. The house was clean and incredibly well stocked with kitchen and bathroom supplies. The beds were comfortable and the living room was great for family movie nights. The little beach across the road was perfect for our quicker beach trips (we have an 11 month old). I was worried about noise from the road but traffic really dies down at night and we hardly noticed it during the day. We thoroughly enjoyed our time and would stay here again!
