The Old Coastguard Station sits overlooking Filey Bay and has stunning views of the sea from every room. In beautiful rural North Yorkshire, Hill View Cottage is a bright and cosy self contained cottage. Upstairs is a studio, (bed sitting room), while downstairs kitchen and bathroom. This unique cottage has stunning 180 degree uninterrupted views of the Yorkshire countryside. It also has free off street parking and a patio for alfresco dining. Two miles from Malton, this little gem is a great base to explore the beautiful local area a short drive from the historic city of York and the coast.

Byre Cottage - 5* Stone Cattle shed Conversion.

Byre Cottage is a charming little cattle shed on private land that was restored and converted to a very high standard in 2019. It has it's own private entrance, private parking with EV charging point (Additional charge) and a fully enclosed south facing outside area with garden furniture. It lies in the rural village of Boynton, just 3 miles from the popular Yorkshire coastal resort & fishing town of Bridlington. I (Chris) live in the Old Forge with my husband & usually greet you upon arrival.

The Owlery at Mill Farm

Recently converted, the Owlery is the perfect self-catered rural escape for couples. With its double height vaulted ceiling and full height double aspect windows the open plan kitchen living diner offers a light and airy space to unwind and enjoy the view of surrounding fields. The bedroom has a Kingsize bed, Egyptian cotton sheets and En-Suite shower room. The Bathroom offers complimentary Bramley products and cotton bathrobes. Both areas are underfloor heated. There is a private garden.

Newly refurbished holiday bungalow with plenty of walks and cycle tracks, only moments from the Yorkshire Wolds. Nafferton is only a short walk away, with local shops, including new Spa and Garage and nice pubs serving excellent food. Driffield and Beverley are two lively market towns just a short drive away. Fraisthorpe Beach, Flamborough and Bridlington only a 20-to-25-minute drive away, if relaxing by the east coast is your preference. York and Scarborough are also within a 40-minute drive.
