Cozy spot for 4, plus your furry friend! (Must be 21 to check-in, no cats) Less than a mile from Attitash Mountain Resort, this spot is home base for your next adventure. IF YOUR DOG IS JOINING YOU, please provide advanced notice, a $25/night pet fee for the first 4 nights (max$100), that rabies vaccination records be provided at check in, and that your dog have access to a crate for times that you must leave him/her behind! One dog is permitted per room, no cats. Thank you for understanding.

Close enough to everything to be convenient yet far enough away from it all for privacy and peace!

Mountain View Studio

This over-garage studio has a private entrance, a queen-sized bed, a futon, gas fireplace, kitchenette & bathroom. There is a refrigerator/freezer, microwave, coffeemaker & toaster but no oven/stovetop. There is a small gas grill available May-Oct. We have beautiful mountain views & are located 10 minutes from downtown. NOTE: Our driveway is long and steep. 4WD/AWD vehicles are often needed to safely get up our driveway in the winter. Also, you will hear the garage door when it opens & closes.

Intervale House

A cozy, clean 3 bedroom home located in the heart of the White Mountains. Sleeps 6 - note bunkbeds are not for large adults (see pic). Central location close to Storyland, shopping and the mountains for skiing, hiking etc. Watch the sunsets on the front porch surrounded by mountains. Trails out back door in small town forest. Scenic overlook, Subway sandwiches, ice cream and Cannell's store is directly down the street. Brew pubs and new distillery easy walk . Host lives on the property.

Writers Cabin in the Woods with Sauna!

Nestled in the woods and on Adams Pond with new wood fired sauna! The cabin feels totally hidden away but is less than 10 minutes to Bridgton and Naples, hiking, beaches and restaurants. The woods are beautiful and peaceful and the pond is just down a mossy path. Great for couples or a weekend away. Large deck with grill and outdoor shower, firepit. There is a shared dock on the pond for swimming, fishing, or just enjoying the view as well as a canoe and 2 kayaks, and a paddle board.

1BR cozy, luxurious getaway @ Krista's Guesthouse

Newly built guesthouse above owner's garage with insane sunrises & great view. Property is located on 36 acres, owner lives on site in a separate house with her 3 dogs, 1 exceptionally lazy cat and 4 rogue chickens (they may all come visit you!). Grounds have ancient apple trees, loads of perennial gardens with more in progress, berries and an organic vegetable garden that we would love to share from if desired. The treehouse is abutted by 626 acres of Bucks Ledge Community Forest (7 miles of hiking/snowshoeing trails accessible from the treehouse).

We go the extra mile to make your stay enjoyable and comfortable. (Please note our mattress is FIRM and there is a long flight of outdoor stairs to access the suite.) My home is located 2 Miles from North Conway and Story land. It is a 15 minute drive to Four Major Ski Areas: Attitash, Cranmore, Wildcat and Black. You’ll love the area because of the people, the outdoors space, the neighborhood, the light, the ambiance and location. Close to everything! The house is great for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and small families.
