This is my second review for Kristen since we extended our stay by a few weeks. Kristen as a host and person is just wonderful. Her home is stellar. The location can’t be beat. She even helped me spot mating bald eagles building a new nest. This place ended up being our home for 5 weeks, and we were so comfortable. Thank you, Kristen!

James was a great host. We communicated well with each other and he was prompt with his replies. He gave clear instructions for getting to his place. The apartment was perfect for my husband and myself, and only 10 minutes away from family whom we were visiting. It is a gorgeous and beautiful environment. Close to trails. We had fun meandering around the property with our small grandchildren. James offered to put the rowboat in the pond which we took him up on and the grandkids had a blast being rowed around the pond (by us, not James). James was friendly and helpful. We have found our place to stay during future visits to Sultan, and are looking forward to going back.

My Son and I stayed at Elizabeth's place when we went to Everett to see a concert. She was incredibly helpful, friendly, and always responsive. The place itself was immaculate and showed a great deal of care and thoughtfulness. It was very cozy and a superb place for my Son and I to stay and enjoy our visit. Thank you Elizabeth!

We had an amazing stay at the Little River House, and were blown away by the stunning riverfront views and the peaceful sounds of the Skykomish River in the background. The location is perfect! The house itself was spotless, and cozy. We spent hours playing yard games, soaking in the hot tub, and lounging by the river. Can’t wait to be back!

This place was awesome. Felt right at home—like one of the family. NOTE: If you like antiseptically trendy, pristine spaces full of faux wood and IKEA furniture, DO NOT stay here. You’ll just complain and give this property less than the five stars it deserves. IF, however, you like places that bring back childhood memories of coming in off the lake so grandma can make you a pj&j, pour you some milk and put camphor on your bug-bites, this is the place. The walls are real wood paneling. The lake is beautiful and serene. There are old boardgames and even older National Geographic magazines in the hall closet. Yes, there is WiFi, Netflix, and a Keurig, but you’ll kinda wish there wasn’t. This is the place to put that behind and step back into simpler, more connected (as in, with FAMILY) times. Stay here with your family. Turn your phones off. Play boardgames, canoe, and swim. We hope to be back again for a longer stay.

Unbelievable house! Listening to the river on the giant balcony everyday was so peaceful. The house feels so remote, but it’s only a couple minutes from town! Master bedroom/bathroom were also better than the pictures! I would stay here again in a heartbeat!

My family just loved staying at Wendy’s place in North Bend! I booked this home so we could come and see our first grandchild. There was plenty of space for everybody and the location is just beautiful. The house is just minutes away from my daughter‘s apartment, so they loaded up and brought the baby for a much more comfortable visit. Everything was greatly appreciated! Thank you. I would recommend to anybody.

The house was beautiful and cozy! Very private and inviting! Anne was very proactive in reaching out to see if we needed anything during our stay and it turned out to be an incredibly relaxing and restful Anniversary retreat for my wife and I.
