Quinta da Silva

Quinta da Silva is a family home only 5 minutes drive from the well known and loved town of Barcelos in the North of Portugal. Barcelos is known by it's excellent restaurants to eat locally, open air markets, cafes and historical buildings. In addition, the beautiful beaches of Ofir and Apulia are only 15 min drive, where you can enjoy wonderful days. About the house: It consists in the main house , a mill, garage, swimming pool and the land that surrounds it. The land surrounding the house is large , with about 20 000 m2 , also with a small space with animals ( ducks, chickens , turkeys and geese). The house is fully equipped to accommodate a maximum of 6 people. It has plenty of natural light in all its divisions and all rooms overlook the pool and have private bathrooms . The dining room has parts of the ground in glass that provide a view of the mill and the stream that runs through the house.

Très grande maison rustique, en pleine campagne, avec plus de 300 m2, 4 chambres spacieuses, une grande cuisine, un salon (1er étage) et un salon de fêtes (rez-de-chaussez). Autour, un très grand champs, des animaux de ferme, une vigne, un potager avec arbres de fruits. La maison est idéale pour de grands groupes d’amis ou familles(jusqu'a 9 personnnes) avec voiture. Les villes proches sont Famalicão, Barcelos, Braga, Vila do Conde et Guimarães. Repos, tranquillité et nature sont au rendez-vous.

The perfect Minho retreat for families and groups, just 6 km from Barcelos and under 45 minutes from Braga, Guimarães, and the beaches of Northern Portugal.

Nature's Refuge - close to Viana do Castelo

We transformed a maritime container into a small house and it is located in the middle of the countryside. The house has a bedroom, a living room with kitchen and a bathroom. The entire container house is private and exclusive to guests. However, the container house is located on the land of our house and in this case the garden and pool are shared with us. Guests also have a private exterior with an outdoor table and barbecue.

Located on a quiet community and within easy reach to the sandy beaches, this villa is the result of a beautifully converted farm worker's cottage situated just outside the old fishing village of Apulia which is flanked by lush green pine forests. The accommodation is very comfortable, fully equipped with fireplace and air conditioning, including a large covered barbecue area ideal for alfresco dining.
