La casa se encuentra en el casco antiguo del pueblo,Pueden ir andando por todo el pueblo sin necesidad de coger el coche. La distancia a Barcelona es de 20 Km,a la costa brava es de 90 Km.Muy cerca está el outlet la roca Village ,asi como el circuito de motos Gp de Montmeló. A 5 minutos de la casa está la estación de tren que lleve directamente a plaza Cataluña en Barcelona centro. Su proximidad a Barcelona hace que el visitante pueda estar en Barcelona todo el dia ya sea trabajando o de turismo y por la noche pueda volver a la casa a cenar en el precioso y tranquilo jardín. Welcome to the Barcelona Beach Home! Enjoy this 3 floors house with rooftop terrace, located in the heart of the city, just 1min walking from the beach. This historical property is one of the few remaining characteristic houses in the vibrant neighborhood of Barceloneta. It's fully equipped to make your stay comfortable and charming. The location is ideal: it's in the city center and close to all public transports. I grew up in Barcelona and I'll be more than happy give you tips or advices.

Habitación individual muy luminosa y cómoda. Baño privado completo al lado de la habitación (con ducha, bidet y artículos de aseo incluídos). La habitación tiene llave para mayor privacidad, está ubicada en la 2da planta (escaleras) de una casa familiar situada a 200 mts. de la mejor playa de Premià de Mar. Puedes hacer uso del jardín y del patio, así como de la nevera y el microondas. En la habitación dispones de jarra hervidora eléctrica con infusiones.
