Resede attrezzato con tavolo e sedie. E' presente una bella piscina sopraelevata con alcuni giochi e barbecue Forma la proprietà, oltre la colonica, un’oliveta di circa 1 ettaro, nella quale si è ricavato spazi attrezzati adibiti ad un completo relax. La Suite ha un ingresso privato che porta direttamente al piano superiore della colonica, permettendo la massima privacy agli ospiti. La colonica è parte di un piccolo vecchio borgo abitato da 4 unità familiari molto discreti e simpatici. La superficie della suite è di 90 mq ed è composta da tinello con angolo cottura, ampio soggiorno, camera matrimoniale, bagno con doccia ed una mansarda abitabile (particolare la porticina di dimensioni 1,2 mt) con 3 letti singoli. Ambiente molto luminoso e immerso nella completa tranquillità della campagna è dotato di aria condizionata, televisione satellitare, wifi free 24 ore. I proprietari mettono a disposizione la zona lavanderia. parcheggio privato scoperto. i proprietari lieti di accogliere i loro ospiti, si mettono a disposizione per risolvere eventuali problemi. Il piccolo borgo è abitato da altre tre famiglie molto gentile e discrete, pronte ad aiutare l'ospite. Tavarnelle dista km 25 da Firenze, 15 da San Gimignano, 35 da Siena. - A breve saranno visibile le immagini dell'esterno, piscina, giardino e oliveta attrezzata. Chiediamo cortesemente di attendere. La struttura ricettiva è distante dal centro di Tavarnelle km. 5 circa. il centro storico è dotato di tutti i servizi x il cittadino ed il turista : poste, polizia, comune, pronto soccorso, supermercato, trattorie, pizzerie, banche ecc. Inoltre nel periodo estivo si susseguono vari eventi musicali piccoli mercati artigianali infine si svolge, tutti i giovedì mattina, il classico mercato comunale. Luoghi di interesse (borghi medievali) intorno a Tavarnelle : San donato in Poggio km. 12 circa. Barberino val d'elsa km. 6. Distanze dalle città d'arte : Tavarnelle - Firenze km. 25 circa Tavarnelle - san Gimignano / Monteriggioni km. 20 circa Tavarnelle - Siena km. 35 circa. Nel resede, gli ospiti, hanno a disposizione un bel tavolo con barbecue. Tutta l'area oliveta è a loro disposizione con la massima privacy. I proprietari, a richiesta dell'ospite, possono prenotare tour escursionistici o wine - testing appoggiandosi a professionisti. The prime location is a perfect starting point for exploring all of the city’s most notable landmarks. The magical views from all rooms of this accommodation surround you in the beauty of Florence all day and night. There is a supermarket conveniently located 150 meters from the apartment. The Ponte Vecchio is 200 meters away and in a 5 minutes walk, you can reach the city center. The water boiler sometimes needs to be restarted. It's outside of the kitchen, there in an on/off button, you just need to turn it on and off. If all the utilities are on at the same time the light may go down, the breaker is next to the main entrance, inside the apartment. I also work for a hot air balloon company, if you are up for some adventure, you just need to ask me. The apartment is in the heart of ancient Florence—perfect for exploring the many nearby landmarks. You won't need a car, everything is at walking distance. In case you will arrive with a rented car, there is a parking next to the aparment that charges 35eur/day.
