Tiene todas las comodidades, cerca de dos bolsas de aparcamiento y multitud de atracciones turísticas ( Breña, avistamiento de cetáceos, playas increíbles)

Se encuentra en un edificio de entrada exclusiva para el huesped. Asi mismo cuenta con una amplia terraza con barbacoa y mesas y sillas de uso privado para los huespedes, el uso de la terraza por respeto al descanso de los vecinos es hasta las 1 horas de la madrugada. Cercano a supermercados. Zona de fácil aparcamiento, no hay zona azul.
