We stayed for two nights. I cannot recommend enough for plenty of reasons - the private access to a beautiful beach just for you, the island, but mostly because Vicky and her husband were the kindest and most welcoming people possible. You really feel like they will do anything possible so that you feel good. Their place is amazing, quiet and private. The breakfast at the patio always made the day start right. The studio itself is proper and well kept. Overall we are so delighted to have chosen this stay and would recommend it to everyone.

Nous avons adoré notre séjour! La chambre était super, très propre et bien décoré. Nous avons apprécié le balcon pour déjeuner dehors le matin! Un petit commentaire qui serait à adresser, il serait bien de fournir du savon ou gel douche à l’avenir!

Acomodação conforme as fotos, limpa e confortável. A localização é boa e tem tudo que é necessário por perto.

I can’t find anything negative to complain about for this place. Everything was AMAZING, from even before I checked in to the moments I left. Francesco was quite helpful and kind, and made my stay welcome and calm. Forio was beautiful and I am SO glad I visited. I walked (personal preference) to Giardini la Mortella and the Poseidon thermal baths, and was able to spend time at the beach as well. After checking in, I received a great comprehensive list of places to visit and that was the cherry on top of my experience. Thank you both for an amazing stay, I can’t wait to come back!!

Great place in nice area. Good for walk with nice views of Naples. I recomend pizzeria Elena. We enjoyed the stay at the apartament. The host was very helpfull and comunicative. Ciao

Sehr sauberes Zimmerchen mit Blick auf Limonenbäume vom Balkon aus. Das beliebte Städtchen Forio ist nur einen Katzensprung entfernt. Giuseppe war sehr nett und zuvorkommend und hat uns sogar abgeholt. Wenn wir Fragen hatten oder Ähnliches antwortete er sofort. Klasse! Die Küche ist mit dem Nötigsten ausgestattet.

Nous étions 5 avec 3 jeunes enfants et avons passé 4 nuits chez Stefano. Nous avons été accueillis par la maman de Stefano qui ne parle pas anglais mais nous avons tous a fait réussi à nous comprendre. La maison correspond à tout ce que nous souhaitions : bien située dans une petite ruelle en retrait de la rue, à 5 min du centre, des arrêts de bus et 2 min d’un petit supermarché, dotée d’un toit terrasse avec table et transats, la maison est parfaitement fonctionnelle et équipée de tout ce dont nous avions besoin. Très propre, spacieuse, lits confortables, belle salle de bain, nombreux rangements, jeux de plage pour les enfants. Le petit plus : les voisins ont des animaux (perroquets et tortues) que l’on voit depuis le balcon et qui ont ravis nos enfants. La communication avec Stefano à distance lors de notre arrivée et départ a été fluide et réactive. C’est un coup de coeur et nous recommandons les yeux fermés cette belle maison. Merci Stefano !

Alles war super! Die Gastgeberin war sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Die Unterkunft war sauber, gut ausgestattet und genau wie beschrieben. Ich habe mich sehr wohl gefühlt und würde jederzeit wiederkommen. Vielen Dank!

Siamo stati 3 giorni nella casa di Claudia e ci siamo trovati benissimo, la casa super carina, molto fine e soprattutto pulita, con tutto il necessario e uno splendido terrazzino, ci sono anche un sacco di indicazioni su cosa visitare e dove andare a mangiare in un book situato in sala, la metro é a pochi passi dall appartamento e in poche fermate si é a Napoli centro, l’ accoglienza di Claudia non ha eguali, una persona meravigliosa, spero di rivederti presto. Es war ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt. Die Wohnung liegt gut, öffentliche Verkehrsmittel, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind nah und auch zu Fuß ist man schnell mitten im schönen Neapel. Check in lief trotz später Ankunkt (23:00) sehr gut. In der Wohnung war es etwas laut da im Vorderhaus gebaut wird aber da wir am Tag unterwegs waren hat es nur wenig gestört. Sonst haben wir uns in der Wohnung sehr wohl gefühlt und jeden Morgen auf der Terasse gefrühstückt. Die Terasse liegt zwischen Hauswänden und hat keine Aussicht, ist aber gemütlich und bietet absolute Privatsphäre.

El alojamiento tal cual la descripción, muy bien ubicado cerca de la estación de tren y paradas de bus. El departamento tiene todo lo necesario, muy limpio, todo funciona perfectamente. Anarita es una persona muy atenta, nos dio las indicaciones correctas para llegar. Sin duda lo recomiendo.

Vincenzo is a very friendly and supportive host! He also organized a comfortable airport shuttle with his friend, this investment saved a lot of time and hassle as I saw the airport bus always very crowded. The apartment is as in the pictures and described. I loved the little balcony with the sea view 😊 There is a small supermarket approx. 7 min to walk, and within 5-10 min walk you have a bunch of restaurants to choose from. One evening I took the chance to eat at Vincenzo`s restaurant (15 min walk) which has its prices but the food was very delicious and worth every Euro! If you like to walk you won’t need public transport to the most common places, otherwise there is a new metro right across the street which currently does not run often, but within a 15 min walk there is a bigger train station. There are several buses running just 2 min away, just be aware that traffic can be heavy depending on the time of the day. The area itself is very nice to walk and it felt always safe.

Es ist sehr schön, nach dem Trubel in der Stadt in diese Oase der Ruhe zu kommen. Außerdem wohnt man in der typisch neapolitanischen Nachbarschaft. Und wenn man die Treppen nicht rauf oder runter steigen will, fährt man mit dem Funicolare-Centrale. Gabriella war eine sehr sympathische Gastgeberin, die uns viele Tipps gegeben hat, jederzeit erreichbar war und uns vor allem ein Taxi zum Flughafen in den frühen Morgenstunden organisiert hat. Die Wohnung im ehemaligen Kloster hat einen eigenen Charme. Empfehlenswert!

Logement très agréable pour passer quelques nuits à Naples particulièrement bien situé dans un quartier agréable et un bel immeuble un peu en retrait de l’animation mais à proximité immédiate de tout ! Si vous n’êtes pas marcheurs, Métro funiculaire et taxi sont à 2 pas pour visiter facilement tous les quartiers de la ville et nombreux bars et trattorias sont situés dans les rues proches pour sortir dîner à quelques minutes

Andrea is an exceptional host. From the moment he greeted us at the ferry to the moment he dropped us back to the ferry 9 days later he was always available to answer any questions we had. There was water and fresh milk in the fridge for us as well as a bowl of fresh fruit...very welcome! The location, the view and the garden meant we could stay and relax there if we didn't feel like going out to a beach. Overall, a very pleasant stay and a great host. Thanks Andrea

nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans le logement de Roberto. il est venu nous saluer et nous a donné des instructions sur les alentours, il nous a très bien accueilli. le seul bémol est que la salle de bain manque d'aération et de ventilation donc la partie nuit ( salle de bain et chambre attenante) était un peu humide. Mais globalement, je recommande ce logement, qui est situé à quelques pas de la station de métro, ce qui était très pratique.

Excellent séjour chez Anna, l’appartement est agréable et conforme à la description. Anna a été une excellente hôte ! Nous avons pu arriver plus tôt que l’heure prévue, elle nous a donné de très bons conseils sur les restaurants et les lieux à visiter à Ischia, et elle s’est occupée pour nous de la location d’un scooter. Merci beaucoup pour ce séjour :)

Ottima ospitalità, io e la mia compagnia ci siamo sentiti a casa grazie a Peppino, Rosa e il dolce cane Cesare, persone squisite e disponibili per qualsiasi cosa, Peppino ci ha saputo indirizzare verso i migliori luoghi da visitare ed era disponibile ad ogni nostra richiesta e soprattutto un ottima compagnia per una chiacchierata, ci ritornerei volentieri.

L'appartement est conforme au descriptif, très propre, bien décoré et tout proche de l'embarcadère. Le seul bémol mais de taille, les gros ferries ont semble t'il changé de point d'ammarage, juste sous les fenetres de l'appartement, et sont restés moteurs tournant de 22H à 8H du matin, les deux nuits ou nous sommes restés, pas de chance. C'était de fait, très bruyant la nuit. Pour le rest rien à dire tout était parfait.

Lorenzo è un host impeccabile sempre disponibile nel comunicare e offrire soluzioni alle proprie esigenze. La sua casa è un oasi nella natura e nella pace dove regna l'educazione e il rispetto della natura. Si raggiunge facilmente il centro di Forio, il lungomare degli innamorati con un tramonto mozzafiato e varie fermate dell'autobus per muoversi con comodità. Super

Alles hat gut geklappt. Die Kommunikation mit Rubina ist unkompliziert und schnell. Sie hat sich mehrmals bei mir erkundigt, wie es mir geht und ob ich alles habe, was ich brauche, da sie mich wegen ihrer Arbeit nicht selbst empfangen konnte. Diese Aufgabe hat Veronika perfekt übernommen. Das Studio befindet sich in unmittelbarer Nähe der Anlegestelle des Tragflügelbootes, das von Neapel abfährt. Geschäfte und Restaurants in Forio sind in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Die Bushaltestelle befindet sich vor dem Haupteingang und der Strand ist gleich nebenan. Am besten haben mir das hauseigene Thermalbad und die beiden Außenpools sowie die schöne Gartenanlage gefallen. Die Wohnung hat alles, was man braucht, ist zweckmäßig und sauber. Ich werde diese Unterkunft weiterempfehlen. Vielen Dank Rubina, es hat mir sehr gut gefallen.

Exceptional host ! Agostino by far has been the most incredible host I’ve ever encountered. Professional, caring , attentive , charming , kind and friendly. Responsive at any time and hour of the day ( trusted me we bothered him a lot even at late hours at night ). The property is exactly as you see it in pictures , quite much bigger than what it looks like. Area is superb , walkable distance from The Port and other centro areas . Right in front the property there’s a fantastic restaurant. Agostino , scheduled a taxi pick up from the Ferry station as well our exit ( for a lower fare) he also booked a private boat tour to Capri in advanced and helped us to find a scooter rental place ( all some discount price ). Among other things he did I can thank him enough. The property is big enough for up to 6 people if sleeping in pairs . AC throughout the whole property ( that’s a plus for us spoiled Americans ) . Book here you won’t regret it. We will pick this place when we come back !
