The Sage Hut - safe, private, warm and cosy

The Sage Hut is a traditional well-insulated structure set on a sturdy all-metal chassis and wheels. Double glazed windows & bed are new. It enjoys lovely views to the south with its own peaceful small yard/garden & private car parking space. There is mains electricity, hot & cold water; the shower/loo is approx 25m away. There is a guest fridge and microwave in the stable block. The woodburning stove is highly efficient. As are the large tower/desk fans for hot days. Continental breakfast.

A luxury shepherd hut set in its own paddock overlooking the Wye valley and the Black mountains, close to the town of Hay on Wye and the Brecon Beacons National Park. The hut has a double bed, kitchen & dining area with folding table, fridge & ice box, combi microwave oven, double induction hob and Belfast sink. There is a shower room with flushing toilet. Below the master bed is an alcove with a futon for a child to sleep comfortably. Decking, fire pit, BBQ, WiFi & TV.

Shepherds Rest is a newly refurbished and charmingly decorated 2001 registered Iveco stock lorry. Originally used to transport sheep from farm to farm, before retiring from duties hence where the name Shepherds Rest has originated from. It has been given a new lease of life offering a slightly different glamping experience, creating a warm, cosy and inviting place to stay. Situated overlooking the Black Mountains at the Southern tip of the Brecon Beacons National park on a working hill farm.
