Although a lovely place to stay the residence had quite strict rules. I was sent a contract to sign which I’d never previously had to do. I was travelling up to meet my friend who just come out of hospital so I booked a two bedroom house. In the contract unless I had pre approval ( the guests name) as to who was staying they could cancel the booking. I think that is an over reach. Also, it’s pet friendly but I needed pre approval for my dog as well. PLUS although it was stipulated that there should be no pet hair etc or any sign of a dog staying , which is fine ( I vacuumed thoroughly and pick up after him) you are charged a $50 pet fee and I’m baffled why. As per my usual stay at air bnbs everything was washed and put away, wiped everything down etc etc. It just gave off an onerous vibe before I arrived , which was the antithesis of my trip which is a shame.

It was an absolute delight to return to the cute boudoir! Just like the first time, its charm and comfort enveloped us from the moment we stepped inside. The thoughtful little touches and the overall cozy atmosphere made for another wonderfully relaxing stay. It truly feels like a little sanctuary, and I'm already looking forward to my next visit. Highly recommended for anyone seeking a unique and charming getaway!

We had a lovely stay over Easter. Was able in check in early which was great. House was roomy and clean. Pool table got a lot of use. Quiet area and close to the water. Sunsets across the road are amazing. Would happily stay again!

Wow, what a gorgeous space with absolutely everything we could need or want. A TV in both the living room and bedroom made our holiday extra relaxing, the ability to sit in the sun outside at the table to read/eat/drink in the surrounds of a quiet culdesac, or laze below the tree in the more relaxed seats was incredible. It has direct access to the dog off-leash beach which our pups loved, and the cafes and restaurants within walking distance made this the perfect spot. We will absolutely be rebooking this for our next trip!

Anne's place was spacious and was in a great location with access to a path that takes you to the beach only a few minutes walk away. Kitchen is well stocked with all the essentials to cook and bbq. Inside and outside living areas and dinning space were decent and big enough for our group of 6 to spread out. The extra beach towels were nice to have and the beautiful wine, treats and dog food were a lovely touch. Anne responded quickly and had great communication with us. Thank you Anne for being an amazing host.

What a great place! Right on the beach, great amenities and our host, Marie, was very responsive to queries. I would highly recommend staying here!

Fantastic little Unit right near the beach front great walking distance to beach shops ,restaurants & walking paths. Well stocked kitchen everything you need as well as the puppies catered for ,nice welcome goodies on arrival. Adam is very easy to communicate with and very responsive to all messages. Will definitely stay again.

Whitehaven was exactly what we needed for a Christmas family holiday. Comfortable, quiet, private but with access to great amenities and a very short walk to an uncrowded beach that felt luxurious at this time of year. The house was easy to live in with so many ‘extras’ and the local IGA and shops provided all we needed. Everyone wants to return next summer.

We enjoyed our stay - the location is especially great for kids being across the road from paths, a large playground and the water. Lots of restaurant and cafe options nearby, and walkable to the beach. The apartment is essentially two master suites. Both bedrooms are a similar size, with walk-through wardrobes. One has an ensuite and one has direct access to the main bathroom. We really enjoyed the large balcony and the view is better than the listing shows. We did find it a little inconvenient that the onsite parking is not assigned and was full for the duration of our stay, and the air conditioner is on a timer. We chose Ian and Lleeanne’s apartment because it looked amazing in the pics and being so close to the beach and local cafes/restaurants - it didn’t disappoint on any of those! A big thanks for sharing your lovely home with us, it really did feel like a home away from home. I already miss the sound of the ocean, sunrises on the top deck and relaxing on the couch in the evenings. Kitchen has everything needed and a great master bathroom with large shower. Beds are super comfy with each room having aircon and tv’s. Deborah was responsive and lovely to deal with at check in and check out. There’s a great bakery and friendly cafes a very short walk away. We hope to return for another relaxing holiday in the not too distant future.

The house was big and very accomodating for myself and guests also with a great pool! The location was amazing, only a few minutes walk to a cafe and also the beach. Will recommend to friends and family for future holidays.

This is easily the most beautiful Air BnB we have stayed in. From the moment of booking the communication was immediate and the instructions were literally down to every detail. The home was amazing everything was spotless and set out well. I’m a tradie and I renovate houses for a living and even I was impressed. Highly recommend we will return again that’s for sure ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Great place to stay and walk distance to everything. Kings Beach is amazing and have lots to do. Walk distance to Bulcock beach also. The place was very cozy and quiet. 5 minutes walk to the beach and restaurants. Communication was always on time, flexible check-in and check-out. We traveled as a family and could not asked for a better place. Highly recommended.

We had a really enjoyable stay at Mark & Joel's place. Their place was super clean and comfortable. The look and feel of the place was stunning. Every cooking utensil, appliance, plates/cups/cutlery was thought of. It is in a quiet neighbourhood and a few 2-3 minute walk to the beach. Thanks for hosting us guys.

We had a wonderful weekend away for 5 ladies staying here. Even on a rainy day there was lots of room inside for us to do jigsaws, play board games and eat the yummy food from nearby bakeries and cafes. it's a 15 minute walk into town which is perfect after we'd been eating too many croissants and canoli from Cafe Sicily up the road in the other direction. Beautiful views. Great communication with hostess Julie. Just make sure you take basic kitchen food like salt and pepper and oil, and cling wrap/alfoil if you like to cook. We didn't realise it wasn't provided but fortunately Woolies is a 5 minute walk away. Highly recommended.

I would 1000% recommend this place for any couple looking for a getaway. You can tell alot of thought and personal touches were put into the stay from the bath salts and towel robes for the spa, to the complimentary wine and cheese!!! Amber was sooo extremely lovely and accomodating for any request! Definitely would be coming back here. Was quiet and perfectly situated 11/10 stay.

Beautiful, needed a holiday from life and this place did not disappoint. Kids had a ball.. Definitely will visit again. Villa is very spacious and the aircon was so good throughout the villa. Thanks for the stay 😊

This townhouse was beautifully decorated and had everything we needed. It was such a beautiful location and so close to the beach and shops. We were lucky enough to meet Simon and were thoroughly impressed with his willingness to help. His attitude towards making guests feel welcome was impressive to say the least! We would love to come back and stay again.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Beachhouse. Comfortable, spacious and well equipped, with a lovely nostalgic feel, it is a fantastic location for a relaxing beachside stay. The check-in process was very easy and the instructions clear. If you're looking for a peaceful, relaxing beachside location, I'd thoroughly recommend Beachhouse.

I arrived just on sunset to this beautiful little bungalow which has been so wonderfully renovated & presented. Very simple digital electronic entry code device on the front door which opened into a stunning living area and kitchen. Three bedrooms (I only needed one). Wonderful backyard and a gorgeous front balcony overlooking the estuary with the sun just sinking down through the trees as the kookaburras came out to sing. Unfortunately, within hours we were on alert with cyclone Alfred who was beginning to approach Bribie Island with all of its ferocity. Michelle & Alex reached out to see if I was ok! It got to the point where I really had to evacuate the island from a safety point of view and once again they were very understanding & supportive of my decision.I will have the good fortune to return to Bribie Island episodically over the next few years and I can't wait to come back to this gorgeous bungalow! 🙏🌻

Georgi's townhouse was super close to the Mudjimba beach and right by the park to the delight of my kids! The place was really cozy and catered to our big family. Everything was clean and the amenities were fantastic and pretty new. Georgi gave thorough instructions and responded quickly to any questions we had. We would happily recommend this place to anyone and would stay here again.

Thoroughly enjoyed our easter break here with our 2 young boys! Modern and very clean, beautiful walk to get coffee every morning and ample grass for the kids to play on and right on the beach. We cannot wait to go back and stay for longer!
