Der Aufenthalt war einfach toll! Alles ist zu Fuss erreichbar. Ivana war sehr freundlich und unkompliziert beim Einchecken und Auschecken. Wir werden die Unterkunft bei unserem nächsten Aufenthalt aus jedenfall wieder buchen!

Clean and spacious apartment on the 4th floor in a recently renovated building. Strong WiFi, full kitchen, television and hot shower, perfect. Balcony for smokers. Lots of parking outside the building which is helpful as a car is necessary to access the city centre and surrounding area, but there is a convenient little shop for beers and water and a bakery for bread very close by. Mladen is a nice guy and easy to communicate with. Apartment isnt actually in the Fortune wellness centre as photos in the listing may imply but in an apartment complex next door, it didn’t affect our stay but worth mentioning if you are looking for that poolside room vacation experience. Overall no problems and a pleasant stay 👍🏼

We loved our stay at Bojan’s apartment and will hopefully stay there again in future. Clean, tidy, well provisioned and beautifully located, we were comfortable and were able to park our hire car securely with no hassle. It made our visit to Banja Luka fantastic. Thank you Bojan for your hospitality and your beautiful apartment!

Byliśmy we dwoje w Banja Luce służbowo. Mieszkanie idealnie nadaje się do pracy. Jeśli planujesz pracować i zwiedzać jest w mieszkaniu wygodne biurko, blisko do najciekawszych miejsc miasta. Pod blokiem jest kawiarnia i piekarnia. Mieszkanie bardzo czyste, wygodne, urządzone ze ogromną starannością. Bardzo nam się podobało, przytulne aż żal z niego wychodzić :) Szczerze polecam. Właściciel Denis bardzo przyjazny, komunikatywny, polecił nam dobre restauracje. Bezpieczny parking, duzo miejsc parkingowych. Jeśli będziemy jeszcze w Banja Luce to na pewno tutaj. Pozdrowienia z Polski :)

I had an excellent stay at Selma’s Apartment Magnolija. The apartment was big, clean, cozy, comfortable, and exactly as described in the listing. The host was incredibly welcoming and responsive, making the entire process smooth. The location was good — just a short walk to the city center. The space itself was well-equipped with everything I needed and more. Overall, I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway. I would definitely stay here again!

Odlican smjestaj ! Atmosfera, Udobnost, Lokacija, Gazdarica jako Ljubazna, dostupna u svakom Momentu. U apartmanu je misljeno na sve, osjecaj kao kod kuce!

Had a very pleasant time staying at Dragana’s place. We appreciated the abundance of space, walkability and proximity to the center. Dragana also offered occasional cleaning and change of bedding which we very much appreciated. Would recommend.

Mooi, schoon en gezellig huisje. Staat wat vol maar je mag alles gebruiken. Heel gastvrije host die erg snel reageert en graag wil helpen. Ik zou het iedereen aanraden!

Apartman je odlično opremljen, prostran i čist. Lokacija je centralna i ne može biti bolja – Delta Planet Mall je odmah iza ugla, tu su i fudbalski stadion i centar grada. Aleksandar je veoma ljubazan i uvek dostupan kad god nešto zatreba. Sve u svemu, samo mogu da preporučujem ovaj apartman!

Dalibor was an amazing host, after arrival he checked up on us if we needed anything and recommended what to do in the city. Parking space was a bit narrow and it was harder to fit in it with a larger car. Otherwise everything else was perfect and we would most definitely recommend it.

We used the flat for several days in August 2023. The flat is ideally located for visiting the centre of Banja Luka. The surrounding region is also very easy to reach by car from this starting point. The flat is located on the third floor of a modern building, a lift is available. The entrance is at the back of the house in the courtyard. Parking for the car is in the inner courtyard directly at the house entrance. The flat is very bright, quiet and offers a clear view. It is modern and lovingly furnished, the kitchen is fully equipped. The TV offers local programmes and access to Netflix, etc. The bathroom/WC is modern, clean and functional, the bedroom is equipped with a comfortable double bed. Contact with Adnan was very easy and feedback came always very quickly. Check-in and check-out were very easy.

My second time staying and only place I want to stay in Banja Luka. Amazing location and comfortable apartment with everything you could need including a lovely roof terrace. Pavle has been great on both occasions with communication, always easy and helpful. Would definitely recommend
