I’ve and urgent work nearby here First, i’m a little bit afraid of some bad reviews here, but this price and place is easy for me to go to work (at central westgate, from here it’s around 10 min to westgate awesome !!!) so i’ll try ! This place is so marvelous, It looks like it has been renovated. The house is very nice, clean and freshly painted. The surroundings look great. At night the house is bright due to newly installed solar cell lights. The room is very clean. The air conditioner and water heater work well. , i found no pests here anymore, Staff is very friendly and helpful I’ll come again !!!! 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

I had the best time at Aladins house he is so friendly and the house and community is so beautiful , in a great location in nonthaburi . Would definitely recommend you to stay here he made me feel like home and in such a beautiful environment . Pool gym sauna and steam room are amazing also , friendly security guards and right beside a 7/11. Thanks so much Aladin for a 10/10 stay

Pennapa's place was exactly as she described in the airbnb site. The room is clean and spacious and even has a attached terrace for dyring clothes or just enjoying the morning air with coffee or soaking some warm morning sun. She made me feel at home and you can use all the facilities in her house, including her kitchen and washing machine. Her house is fairly spacious but since she uses it as her office/work area for her bag making there is equipment and raw materials in her living room. The location of her house is not far from MRT, Central Plaza, Big C and other markets, but it may not be walking distance for many. For me it was just fine and I could walk to all the facilities. There are plenty of shops including family mart around her home and also thai local eating places to buy stuff. Pennapa allowed me to use her bike and that was just great. I picked up local food for breakfast and you can easily head to the food court in Central Plaza if you need lots of options for lunch/dinner. Pennapa and her friend also cooked a Thai dinner for me which was so amazing. It like a home away from home. Pennapa is a very nice host and provides all the necessary information and is very very helpful. I enjoyed the discussions with her about her work and family. She also helped me learn how to make the paper bags. Appreciate her patience to teach me although it was my first time to use a sewing machine. Overall I had a great experience and enjoyed my stay every bit. I will definitely like to go back and stay at her place when I visit next time.

Always the best place to stay…. Stayed there about 1 year, very very kind hearted host. Always responded for anything we needed. The house is so peaceful surrounded with nature, and what more we can say, they were like a family when we had a medical emergency, helped us around, and been very flexible, hard to find people like them nowadays.…. And again came back to the same place, will come and stay again in the future! Note: There is a review by a person named Loris, I’m sure it’s must be a big miscommunication with the host….impossible they behave that way….felt want to express my opinion after i had read the review!

The owner is very responsive and hospitable. The apartment was clean, the air conditioners work, there is Wi-Fi and a washing machine, you can cook yourself. In close proximity to the metro station, a large shopping center, 7 eleven and big c, opposite there is a local food market. The area is quiet. The gym and swimming pool are always available to the guest. I liked everything very much.

It’s a very nice place to stay as alot of local food stores beside. Zong gives the recommendation of places to visit as well. Got 199Baht free flow buffet in less than 5 minutes walking distance so definitely go check out as well. Plus, Zong is the very nice host. We were like lost during the check in. (It was my fault man. I pinned the temple on the map and never use the exact location he sent LOL) But anyway, he helps us call and talk with the grab man so the check-in becomes so damn smooth. The check-out time is also very flexible. Just in case anyone wonders. There is no ghost in this room (not that I know). Because my previous trip in Malaysia, I got 👻👻👻 in my airbnb room 😭. But, this room is so nice. I can just sit there and chill alone at night shaking my legs and nth funny happen.

Penny's apartment is in a very quiet local area next to Khlong Bang Phai MRT. If you want to experience living in a nice authentic peaceful Thai neighborhood it's a very nice option. There are some really nice local food options around and lots of convenient stores. The apartment itself is cozy and has everything you need if you are a minimalist.

Very peaceful and quite place. The apartment was clean and smelled nice. 7-11 and other stores are within a short walk. There is a purified water station and laundry within the condo complex and a balcony if you don't want to use the dryer machine. There are food stalls at the Hops with amazing food. MRT is a 10ish minute walk from the apartment if you need to be in Bangkok. I also had no problems getting Grab from Nonthaburi to the city. Hosts were very helpful and responsive.

The stay met our expectations. Apartment was comfortable, clean, had everything we needed. A bit far from central Bangkok but there was MRT station 10min waking. Thank you!

My family and I had a very comfortable stay here. Also allowed early check-in as the room was ready, which was great as we were travelling with children. Host was very helpful with the tour driver on the first day and very responsive when we needed help with the room. The apartment has everything you need and coffee and water was provided, together with the washing detergent for clothes. It's walkable distance to 7/11 and eateries. Quiet location which was most suitable for us. Would stay here again.

We recently stayed in a one-bedroom apartment at Hyde Sukhumvit Soi 11, upgraded and with a stunning city view. The location is vibrant, surrounded by nightlife, restaurants, and convenient access to the BTS. The 21st floor apartment itself was modern and well-appointed, with a beautiful view that made evenings truly special. However, the area can be noisy, especially if your unit faces the street. Overall, it’s an excellent choice for those who enjoy the energy of Bangkok's nightlife and don’t mind the lively atmosphere which didn't bother us. The Host was excellent and we highly recommend a stay in Stephen's apartment.

Понравилось жилье, в первую очередь спасибо владельцу, он все приготовил, была вода, кофе, даже новая губка для посуды. Посуды достаточно много, сам комплекс на охраняемой территории с бассейном и тренажерный залом. Удобное местоположение, до метро 3 минуты пешком, в шаговой доступности крупные магазины и 7/11

The host is so helpful and informative, we stays for songkran festival and they give us information about the festival surrounding. The room is unexpectedly clean and cozy, they provide everything we need in the room including soap and shampoo! will def going back to their place.

Ich war bereits in einer ihrer Condos, was mir nicht bewusst war. Jedoch war es nach wie vor super! Klar, hier und da abgenutzt aber störte mich nicht und es war trotzdem sauber. Alles nötige war vorhanden und BM antwortete immer zeitnah. Sehr zentral gelegen, zwar fußläufig etwas mehr als 200m zum BTS, aber ich war meistens mit Grab unterwegs. Ich würde jederzeit wiederkommen :) hab mich bloß paar mal an der der Ecke des Bettes gestoßen, aber hab’s überlebt 🤣

Active and Friendly Hosts. Great Stay and will recommend everyone to try the experience, peaceful place. Near BTS, 7-11 and a morning market with taste local breakfast (Open 6am ~ 2pm).

房源非常的漂亮 採光很好 很適合拍照很出片 只是空間沒有想像那麼大 兩人是剛好 房東非常及時解決需求 地點也很方便 附近有24小時餐廳及便利店 只是需要走一下才能到BTS 唯一困擾是叫車訂位很常搞錯

Location is right in the middle of all the action. Everything is right at your doorstep. A less than 10 min walk from anything you need. The rooms are spacious and the apartment is easily accessible.
