The host was very responsive. The check-in was very smooth. The place was as indicated and clean, without clutter. The place is quiet. All the amenities in the room worked well. The place was close to the MRT. It took me about a 10-minute walk. The laundry was easy to use. The cheap potable water for drinking was very convenient. There are a few 7-11s available and one directly opposite the condo. This was also very convenient. Grab was also very effective even for a non-thai speaking person. The major mall in this area is also located only an MRT stop away. The mall has a wide selection of places to eat (thai/non-thai), supermarket etc. One negative is because of the location of the condo relative to the heart of the city. One would have to spend a good 1 - 1.5 hrs on the MRT/BTS to get to town.

The owner is very responsive and hospitable. The apartment was clean, the air conditioners work, there is Wi-Fi and a washing machine, you can cook yourself. In close proximity to the metro station, a large shopping center, 7 eleven and big c, opposite there is a local food market. The area is quiet. The gym and swimming pool are always available to the guest. I liked everything very much.

Beautiful Place To Stay You have Everything you Need, Very Nice Shower, Kitchen, Washer and Dryer. The location is Very nice and Safe And it's Next to the Mall So you Have Food, Movie Theater, Gym, Shopping, Everything Near by! Awesome Experience.

Penny's apartment is in a very quiet local area next to Khlong Bang Phai MRT. If you want to experience living in a nice authentic peaceful Thai neighborhood it's a very nice option. There are some really nice local food options around and lots of convenient stores. The apartment itself is cozy and has everything you need if you are a minimalist.

Very peaceful and quite place. The apartment was clean and smelled nice. 7-11 and other stores are within a short walk. There is a purified water station and laundry within the condo complex and a balcony if you don't want to use the dryer machine. There are food stalls at the Hops with amazing food. MRT is a 10ish minute walk from the apartment if you need to be in Bangkok. I also had no problems getting Grab from Nonthaburi to the city. Hosts were very helpful and responsive.

Lovely apartment in a great location. Very close to mall and 7/11. Pak is a great host, always around to answer questions yet never intruding on the living experience.

Fantastic place, would certainly book again. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The pool was great to relax in after hot days. Had coffee most mornings right at the entrance and the massage room in back (you have to pay for separately) was unbelievable. Conveniently located, A+ review.

Nice and cosy room! Emma's home has a minimalistic style which feels very classy and calm. Good facilities (AC, bath, microwave, waterboiler, TV, hairdryer). It was very clean and check-in/out is easy. Emma is really helpful and will make sure everything is clear. There is a possibility to drop off your luggage before check in. The bed is on the floor. We didn't see that as a problem. It fitted the minimalistic style and the bed itself is very nice! We really liked this part of Bangkok. It is a bit less touristic and more busy working locals. A nice place to live. We are happy we also saw this side of Bangkok. In my opinion a perfect place to stay, because it is close to public transport so you can go into the more busy parts of the city as well. Thank you for everything Emma!

We had a really nice time at Tongpong’s place. Very central and convenient. The place looks like the photos - no surprises. Tongpong was very responsive too which was great but if you are really looking for a place to stay near the old city then this is your place. If you are sensitive to noise, there’s metro roadworks right at the front but we didn’t have any issue sleeping. They also provide earplugs just in case but I don’t you’ll need them.

Die Unterkunft befindet sich in einer Sackgasse und somit in einer sehr ruhigen Umgebung. Es gibt einen 24/7 security Dienst,so ist fühlt man sich sehr sicher. Sie waren auch sehr nett und hilfsbereit, als der Lieferdienst uns nicht gefunden hat. Zur BTS und 7/Eleven nur 10 Minuten Fußweg. Wir können den Burgerladen nebenan sowie die Pizzaria Kennys eine Straße weiter empfehlen. Den Pool haben wir nicht genutzt, denn der Boden drumherum ist sehr wackelig und im Pool fehlen einige Fliesen. Zum Sonnenuntergang ist die Aussicht jedoch sehr schön. Wie andere bereits beschrieben haben, ist die Wasserdruck in der Dusche etwas niedrig. Das waschen mit der Waschmaschine und der Platz zum aufhängen auf dem Balkon waren super. Durch die Abluft der Klimaanlage war die Wäsche auch schnell trocken. Auch für längere Aufenthalte würden wir die Unterkunft sehr empfehlen. Äußerst geräumig und hell sowie ruhig.

The room was clean and nice. After showering, I could go directly to the closet, which was very convenient. The bathtub was spacious, and I really enjoyed taking a bath. I also loved the shower cream. it smelled like Thai aroma oil. Some reviews mentioned that the TV wasn’t a smart TV, but it actually is. We had a great stay at Kimmy’s Airbnb and would definitely recommend it! ❤️

Great place. Loved our stay. Close to lots of stuff to do and lots of restaurants. Transportation everywhere.

It was located just in front of Central Chaeng Wattana and MTR Pink Line. Location was superb for mobilization using public transport. Rooms are very convenient and comfy. The Views was stunning and can enjoy beautiful Bangkok city from the 28th floor. The building is wheelchair accessible and just beside the main road surrounded by many restaurants.
