As a local with an urgent need for some beach time, peace & quiet to help focus (our own complex undergoing balcony restoration work), I was delighted to enjoy a space like Cheryl’s. Thoughtfully appointed, designed and equipped, your every need has been anticipated and more! You can certainly tell when a space has attentive owners who take time to live in and experience their units, too - this is that space. I also appreciated the artistic touches and sprinkling in of artisan and regional influences for a more upscale beachside stay. The location can’t be beat, with the pool and Pier steps away, plus rocket launches easily viewed from your front door! We’ll definitely reserve this beautiful home again for our extra visitors plus our own beachside staycations. Thank you for providing a home away from home!

Easy check in, clean home and room, quiet neighborhood, easy access to food, malls, and entertainment. The beach is an easy 10-15 minute drive and around an hour for a rocket launch. Sonya communicated quickly and Joy was very pleasant and helpful with any questions I had. If I ever find myself in Florida again I wouldn’t hesitate!

House was great. Beach was a half mile Walk from our house. Would have liked to have more kitchen supplies like a crock pot would have come in handy. Kids loved the game/movie room. Had a fun time!!

Everything was excellent! The house was beautiful and looked the same as the pictures. The host was very informative and responsive to any questions. I would definitely recommend this house and would stay again in the future!

My sister and her family came to visit for the Christmas; we rented this place so we could all stay together there were 13 of us 10 adults and 2 children (7 & almost 2) they had everything we needed and we had plenty of space for everyone. The ship bed was so cool if you have younger kids they will love it. We had so much fun playing pool, shuffle board Pac-Man and basketball and watching movies in the theater room. We paid extra for the heated pool but it was a plus since it was a cooler week. The karaoke room and movie room were awesome and so much fun. The whole family had a great time. We were so busy we never made it to the resort pool area. I’m sure you and your family will have a great time here, I highly recommend this place to anyone!!

The house is amazing for multiple families with kids! The pool and hot tub were SO fun! The kids also loved the game room every evening! The house had plenty of space to spread out and great common areas for everyone to congregate for meals and games! Very easy walk to the beach and honestly the beach area felt private. We went during spring break and you could see the ‘hotel zone’ beach area was PACKED, and yet we enjoyed the space and quiet beach time! The host has SO many extras; beach chairs and toys, boogie boards and amazing towels! Truly a fantastic friends / family get away! We will be back!

The home was incredible. It was wonderful to have room for the two families on the trip. The kids loved the pool and other amenities. There were plenty of towels (both pool and shower). The beach was a short walk away. Highly recommend! The only issue was minor - the trash never seemed to get picked up from the last stay or while we were there. It was overflowing. However, I was more concerned about it being an issue for the owner than it was for us.

2nd time staying here. Great spot and conveniently located near KSC. Kari was a great host. Would stay again.

Loved our stay! Beautiful location and condo. Easy check-in. Gorgeous view of ocean. Place was comfortable, clean and quiet. Tim was an excellent host.. always quick to respond and follow up. Will definitely visit again!

The location was perfect! You can walk to either Publix or have your feet on the beach in less than 3 minutes each. The neighbors were quiet and friendly. There is zero traffic and zero noise. The condo has everything you need in the kitchen, living room, restroom, beach towels, and bedroom linens! The host, Julia, is amazing! She went out of her way to accommodate me and my family. She was responsive, and checked in to ensure we didn’t need anything. This place was well worth the value and I will for sure consider staying here when in the area again!
