I was staying here for an event at the turf valley resort. it was an all day thing so while I stayed two nights I was rarely there. nice, clean, good area, real close to turf valley if you have something but it's sold out. the sofa bed was super comfy, and they are purring in a mattress soon. I would stay again, in fact maybe for next year's event.

Sophia and her family made us feel comfortable,safe and always a pleasure to talk with. Accommodations were just what we needed. A bright and multipurpose kitchen made it easy to make family meals after a long outing. An amazing Washer and Dryer Her spacious cozy bedrooms helped us to finish the day off with contentment. I highly recommend making the choice to stay at Sophia’s and her family’s place. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Right next to John Hopkins Hospital. 🏥

location is great, 10 min walk from a lot of restaurants. house is in a quiet neighborhood and very clean, chique and looks newly renovated. kitchen is spacious and has alot of appliances. Host is responsive, provided everything needed, was nice to have water bottles

My partner and I had a great stay! The apartment has everything you would need for a trip to DC and is conveniently located around the corner from the bus stop where you can catch a bus to all the sites around the Capitol. While we did drive to DC and had a car available, the bus and train system was so easy to use that we didn't really need the car for anything. Our host was responsive when I reached out the day before our arrival about how to check in which was pretty straightforward. We didn't have any issues during the stay to ask the host to help with, but he does live in the building and popped out to the hallway to say hello and check in about how things were going, so I have no doubt he would have been able to respond quickly to any questions during our stay. Is this the snazziest neighborhood? No. Does it matter? No, it is exactly what we needed for a short visit to DC.

This is was our second time here, highly recommended! Richard's apartment is very comfortable and his attention to details what made me book this apartment again. Everything you might need during your stay is available for you. The bedding is the best thing about this apartment very soft and good quality. Bathroom and laundry room are convenient and clean. Even simple things like the coffee beans were good quality.

We had a lovely stay at Tom's place! Very peaceful and friendly neighborhood. We were able to take the bus downtown from a block away. The apartment was clean and comfortable, with everything we needed to cook up some breakfast. Finding and getting into the apartment was easy, Tom's instructions were very clear and sent in advance of our arrival.

Carlos and Lynn's 2-bedroom, 1-bath unit was great. Very comfortable, with good amenities, TVs in every room, a nice, well-appointed kitchen, terrific bathroom towels and large shower, and ample space for everyone. His responsiveness was excellent, and his communication was spot on. I highly recommend this unit.

New construction - everything was new and in good condition. The check-in was fine, only thing was that I had to google how to use the electronic door keypad and manual lockbox. Otherwise, a nice little cozy getaway in DC!

Maggie’s house was perfect for our family getaway! You can’t beat this location. It was a quick walk to Eastern Market metro and tons of local shopping/dining options, yet the street was peaceful and quiet. We were able to spread out and relax as a family of three with two dogs. The house was comfortable and had everything we needed. Maggie was responsive and helpful from booking and through our stay. 10/10, would book again.

We got into the house and everything was exactly like it looked in the pictures. Everything was clean and simple. Everything you could need is right down the street. We ended up having a snow storm while we were there and they thankfully had shovels and brushes to clear the snow. Everything was perfect for our short stay.

This was a great location to explore DC with our group of friends. It’s a short drive to the other areas of DC. There is are stores, restaurants, and a fantastic coffee shop/bakery nearby. The space is perfect for a small group. The beds re comfortable and the curtains block the light well. Fantastic shower in the upstairs bathroom. Great communication and details for all needs.

Perfect little house for a relaxing stay in Rock Hall. Close to the water and a quiet neighborhood perfect for walking in the morning or evening. Melissa sent so many great recommendations - great host!

Celia’s place was great!!! It was very clean and comfortable; we definitely enjoyed our stay. Plus, there were very clear instructions and many things labeled in the apartment, along with some snacks!

This was perfect for us, way cheaper than a hotel, able to cook a few meals here, was clean and safe area, local restaurants were good! It is about two miles from then downtown mall attractions, so we parked in the garage attached to the unit and used uber to get to attractions, way cheaper and easier than driving/parking. Hosts were responsive. Would stay here again.

The home was great. Very clean and a great location- right in downtown Annapolis. Definitely recommend this as a place to stay, and I plan to book again in the future!

We stayed here for one night while on a trip to Baltimore. The place was easy to find and clean and the host was responsive. As noted in other reviews, there is street noise in the living room. But that is expected when staying downtown and not in a high-rise. Another thing to note is the kitchen is downstairs and reached by narrow windy stairs. Again, nothing bad, but a little inconvenient. Finally, there is no bathroom on the main level. It was an excellent place to stay and we felt safe in the neighborhood with an easy walk to the inner harbor and stadiums. We would stay there again.

Es war das perfekte Apartment für unseren Städte Trip! Die Lage am Capitol Hill ist fantastisch und in 20 Minuten Fussnähe zum Capitol und vielen Museen. Es ist ein ruhiges Wohnviertel mit einigen netten Restaurants in der Nähe! Wenn ich nochmals nach Washington D.C gehen werde, würde ich wieder dieses Apartment buchen!

Israel place was perfect. It was waking distance to many great venues, like the Nationals Stadium, the Bible museum & the White House even. It had great amenities, water, snacks, coffee & even wine. Israel was responsive. The parking we thought might be a problem but it worked out perfectly because he was able to give us a temp permit.

We had an amazing stay.. the place was exactly as described and very close to all the main tourist spots . Great place to stay if you have young kids too.
