The place was beautiful, and very spacious. It is very well decorated and has a lot of character. There are a lot of entertainment amenities including the projector, Alexa in each of the rooms, and tvs throughout the property. There is a quaint exterior area on the rooftop, which is great for grilling out and just relaxing. We will definitely be back on subsequent trips. Jason is very responsive and respectful, he is definitely an amazing host.

This Airbnb was one of the best places that we ‘ve experienced. All needs met; no issues; quick response time; easy to reach location in a nice neighborhood; plenty of parking in front of the home.

Leisa’s home suited our needs to a T!! We were in town to attend a wedding at the London Town and Gardens, which was just a half mile away. The rehearsal dinner in downtown Annapolis was also a short distance away. Everything was fresh and clean, the beds were comfortable, and the showers were really great. The lack of seating in the main room wasn’t a problem for us as we didn’t spend much time there during the day. The area around the pool looked really comfortable and inviting for guests staying during the summer season! Would stay there again.

Just what we needed to get away from the busy house where everyone else was staying. It was quiet and comfortable. The kitchen has several basics like olive oil and a few mini waters and instant coffee. It’s a quirky house with charm. We would absolutely stay there again!

Had a really great stay for three nights at this lovely home in Edgewater. The house sits on a corner lot with wonderful views of the bay. The neighborhood is safe and cozy. Lots of friendly people out walking and enjoying the surroundings. Felt right at home. The house was clean and very functional. Eddie was great to work with and I would recommend this to anyone wanting a home base for the Annapolis and surrounding areas.

Both hosts were so responsive to my questions. The house had everything I needed truly for my guests and I to enjoy ourselves. The surround sound system was such a nice touch. All the bathrooms were nice and the kitchen had everything in terms of utensils to cook fab meals. It is in the very rural side of Maryland and there isn’t a ton to do, but wow the house was beautiful and beyond peaceful.

We have been coming to Ann's house several times. We always come back because the house is spotless, has excellent amenities and it is very close to our son's house.

We enjoyed our stay at Trish's place. She was very helpful and friendly, and even shared an item from her own kitchen to make our stay even better. The place is very homey and cozy and we enjoyed the fireplace. The neighborhood is peaceful and attractive.

Mooi en ruim sousterrain. Woonkamer met keukenhoek, ruime badkamer en aparte slaapkamer met goed bed. Parkeren met vergunning op straat, niet altijd voor de deur helaas, maar goed te doen. Op half uur lopen van het Capitool. En het metro station bij Union Station op een kwartier lopen. We waren er de drie nachten dat we er konden verblijven heel blij mee!

What a wonderful retreat! I can't think of a better place to stay where you're surrounded by books, art and the countryside.

Thrilled we were able to stay! Disappointed we had to leave. We will certainly keep it in mind for a future visit.

It was comfortable and beautiful. The Johnson’s made me feel at home and safe. They provided all kinds of homely things, coffee, microwave, tea, trash bags and extra towels, soaps, lotions, pots and pans. This was truly like being at home. They talked to me like a friend not a customer. I would advise others to try this new way to stay in a hotel.

Had a nice stay while in the area to visit my nephew at the Naval Academy. The basement apartment is very comfortable. Area is nice and quiet and my dog loved having a yard to run in.

Everything was perfect. Would definitely stay again.

What can I say about my stay at Villa de Bowie?! It was great! My room, let alone the whole house, was remarkable. DiMitri has been extremely hospitable and responsive. The house was clean, welcoming, and offered many amenities. The atmosphere was beautiful and the other guests, from a host of different backgrounds/careers, were respectful and pleasant. Dimitri is undoubtedly one of the best hosts I've met. If I could give more than 5 stars I would. the house was very clean and very well kept. Dimitri was more than accommodating and even offered to give me a ride if I needed it. I can't say enough about Dimitri and his house. I have already begun to recommend him to others. To start this review off, Amir was a lifesaver for our group. We had an issue with our other Airbnb where we booked and had to leave at 2:00 AM. Amir responded to our message very late at night and allowed a seamless check-in. Thank you so much! On top of that, we really loved our stay here! The space is very large and comfortable for a group. The coffee bar is stocked too! We loved the outdoor spaces but didn't end up really taking advantage of them. The house is well located in relation to DC and a short drive from the Metro (not walkable). It's a beautiful space and very modern! It's clean, safe, and perfect for a group that wants to spend time in DC and have a peaceful place to return to. A great place to stay!
