Will suit families, student travelers, business clients needing accommodation for that early business meeting, bikers for the North West. Desertmartin mix just 4-5 miles, all kinds of travellers from all backgrounds. Seamus Heaney Centre approx 6 miles, Sperrin Mountains within 5 minute drive. Dogs welcome but limited to max of 2 and you must book these at time of booking yourself.

This Sleep 10 property is an ideal base for exploring Northern Ireland. We are close to the villages of Ballyronan, Coagh & the town Magherafelt. Only 45 Minutes from Belfast, 50 Minutes from Portrush and aprox 2 hours from Dublin. Having a small wedding, perfect location. We just had our first wedding here and it looked beautiful. Magherafelt has excellent restaurants and entertainment. The town enjoys a wonderful central location within Northern Ireland, with comfortable access to all regional attractions.

Charming cottage in historic Gracehill village, dating back to the 1800's, which has been lovingly restored, is full of character, with modern amenities. The comfortable living room has a working open fire, leading to an eat in kitchen which is well equipped and opens onto an enclosed patio. Upstairs there are 2 double bedrooms and a family shower room. Centrally located between Belfast and The Causeway Coast, this unique property is an ideal base from which to explore the surrounding area.

We are a short 5 minute car journey from the Int Airport and provide a transfer service. We also benefit from easy access to the motorways, making it a great base to explore Northern Ireland.
