E Gray house is a luxury retreat set in a beautiful woodland setting and right on the Waterford greenway. It is just a short cycle into Dungarvan town and to several beaches. Although you may find it hard to leave the stylish and comfortable interior when sat in front of the stove reading a book or watching your favourite programs projected onto our retractable 180cm screen. There is a lovely sea view from the cosy mezzanine bedroom that gently persuades you to slow down and enjoy the time away

The cottage is situated on a family residence and is perfect for friends, couples, small families, walking and nature enthusiasts alike. 4pm is the check-in time. Waterford and Kilkenny have a variety of cafes, restaurants, bars and shops and many attractions, including the Greenway and copper coast. We’re happy to assist you during your stay.
