The cottage is located in the countryside village of Ballymacarbry which is situated at the foot of the Nire Valley and is perfect for hikers, with beautiful walking paths. Cyclists with the winding roads of the Sean Kelly circuit and walkers with the many woodland trails. The cottage is also a 10 minute drive from the Comeragh Mountains.

Accommodation best suited to a couple or family of 4 (2 young children) who are happy to share the large en-suite bathroom. Large separate garden with covered decking area. The host family live in the main house.

Located 7mins from the foodie town of Midleton where CUSH is perfect for dining. Inch beach is 15mins away for swimming and sauna barrel. Cork city, with all it has to offer, is a 20minute drive. No wifi in the cabin but mobile phone reception is great, unless you’re Voda phone but a short stroll along the lane will pick up voda phone.

Surrounded by the rolling fields and yet only a 10 minute drive to Midleton with its famed restaurants, shops & the Jameson Distillery. Charming 15th Century Castle

Built in the late 1400s, Grantstown Castle has been lovingly restored and mixes medieval architecture with modern comforts. The Castle Is Rented In Its Entirety and caters for up to Seven Guests. The castle is comprised of six floors, connected via a stone and oak spiral staircase. There are three double bedrooms and one single. The castle has great battlements which are accessible at the top of the staircase and host amazing views of the surrounding countryside.
