Awesome space for a large group of people. Spacious living room and large dining table allowed us all to be together. Separate sleeping locations allowed sub-groups privacy from the main group. Host was communicative and flexible.

This place was so spacious, room for everyone, clean, great neighborhood. When we had a question we reached out to our host who responded right away. This house has everything, even a washer n dryer. We came out to Seattle from Los Angeles for my nieces Quinceañera event. First time in Washington and we absolutely loved it! Especially our air bnb The only negative thing we had today about our stay is take quick showers cuz the hot water only lasts about 20-30 mins and we were a family of 6. Some of us had to take cold showers the first couple of days. But then we just had the kids shower at night and the adults in the morning. Other than the hot water situation everything else was perfect. Still give it 5 stars. Amazing place! Would love to come back and stay there again. Relaxing, tree filled neighborhood. I really enjoyed the fenced in yard for my dog. The house was clean, there were great amenities, and the back garden was peaceful. I would definitely stay here again.

We loved staying at Juanita Beach cozy retreat! The neighborhood was quiet, quaint and full of tall evergreen trees. The house was clean and a short drive from Juanita Beach and restaurants. My kids LOVED the backyard and their room with two beds. I appreciated that there were games, books and some stuffies for my Children. Would love to stay here again when I'm back in Seattle.

Great place to stay! We had a great time and was more than enough room for us and our friends to stay. Easy walk to the light rail

We stayed at Sarah and Kevin's place for two lovely spring nights. The house is adorable and exactly like the photos. Comfortable bed and couch ( we only used the primary bedroom) however for a larger group, the house has rooms for more. The foosball table and bean bags are sure to be a hit with younger crowd. The backyard is fully enclosed - nice for us traveling with our lab. The flowers were blooming. Nice outdoor seating. Wifi was great. Close to Bellevue/Issaquah/Seattle. Walkable to local grocery store, coffee shops and restaurants. Would love to stay at Sarah and Kevin's next time we are in Seattle area for a few days. Perfect location!

We had such a lovely stay at the Little Blue House! Most of our activities were in Sodo, and the quick 10pm drive across the bridge and exploring the W Seattle neighborhoods was so easy and accessible. Quite, safe neighborhood that felt right at home. We loved staying here!

We enjoyed our stay and felt right at home! We loved the minimal decor, how clean and crisp the home felt - was very boho chic. It was centralized that the drives either to Issaquah or Ballard didn't feel like a trek. Having restaurants and coffee shops either in Totem Shopping Centre or Juanita Village Kirkland center were great as they were centralized to the house. The yard was perfect for our dogs to stretch their legs and we were so fortunate for the weather to enjoy the outside.

Very nice space in a great location. Super comfy bed and hangout area and nicely designed. Quiet area but close to public transportation and walkable to a few fun bars and restaurants. Would recommend!

This was a wonderful experience. I was in Seattle for a work training and I really felt at home. Lisa and Steve were so thoughtful and in the Airbnb I access to pots and pans, nice dishes, delicious snacks and really phenomenal coffee. The shower was my favorite. It was a glass shower with Aveda products. The bed was absolutely incredible - high quality sheets and great mattress. I can't wait to stay here again.

Super amazing host!! Helped us out so much and had a very clean and nice place. It does get a little loud outside at night on the weekend but I would still stay there again next time I come.

Comfortable and clean. Good location. Although the hosts lived upstairs, they did not intrude, remaining available but considerate of our privacy.

Great place to relax and enjoy the beautiful view from the balcony. clean and tidy. loved the no shoes in the home rule. floors were cleaned and felt just like at home. one of the best clean and perfect airbnb I have booked. thank you ilita for hosting us while our home was being renovated. we will be back in the summer to make it our 3rd booking.

This location was perfect for Seattle sightseeing and attending a conference at the Seattle Convention Center. There was easy access to public transportation and many areas were within reasonable walking distance. Michael provided easy and clear instructions and was always responsive when needed. We felt right at home especially after a long day of walking or attending lectures. Thanks for a great time in Seattle!

This was a great home base when our teen daughter and I attended a nearby film festival. We each had our space- she in the bedroom, me on the LR futon ned which was firm and comfortable. Lyle was proactive checking in with us and dropping off the few items we didn’t find. He also helped us store luggage btw. checkout and when we headed to the airport which was very helpful. The walls are thin so we could hear a TV next door past quiet hours so bring earplugs if you’re sensitive. Overall we slept well and would definitely return. Thanks, Lyle.

This is a fantastic place to stay in Seattle with a brilliant location and excellent amenities. The condo is exactly as described, spacious and well appointed. It is a 5 minute walk to Pike Place market and has a lovely waterfront view. You are close to everything that Seattle has to offer, but the condo is also quiet and private. Bindu couldn’t have been more helpful or accommodating, responding very quickly to any queries and offering some great restaurant/coffee recommendations. A great find and we’d love to return again one day - thank you Bindu!

Had a lovely stay! Susan was very welcoming. The place was clean and comfortable, we felt right at home.

If you pay for parking, the spot we were assigned (14) was very tricky to access. It would be near impossible if someone was parked in the space beside you. We scraped the bottom of our van multiple times. The accommodation was great. Amazing walkable and close to everything. Neighbourhood felt safe. Pipes are a little noisy in main areas of living room at night as its steam heat. So if you have people sleeping on the pull out bring ear plugs.

Adrian's place was perfect for me while being here for practicals. It was nice, quiet, clean and organized. Would definitely recommend their place to others.
