Lynn’s apartment was great! So comfortable, greats views, perfect location (right by Pikes Place Market), near public transport (we took the subway right to the airport from Symphony Station). The apartment was clean, clean towels, easy enter and exit. Lynn was quick to respond to any questions or concerns that I had. Highly recommend. Thank you, Lynn!

We’ve stayed at Mike’s place several times over the years and never had a bad stay. The loft is a perfect peaceful setting that is close to amenities but also has the setup that you don’t need to leave if you want the night in.

Ken was an amazing host. He met us at check in and was very thorough during the tour of the facilities and home. He provided great local recommendations for things to do, see and eat. Ken was a responsive host providing detail check in and check out procedures. The location of the Airbnb was a couple blocks from local transportation and a 10 minute walk to the water. Felt like the perfect balance of being in the city without being in the chaos of a city. Would definitely stay here again when visiting Seattle and would recommend to others!

Olga's apartment is an ideal place to park in downtown Seattle. In fact, it would be hard to be more in the middle of things: a grocery store, Pike Market, Seattle Art Museum, light rail station, Symphony - all just a few steps away. The apartment is immaculate. Upgraded fixtures , appliances and lighting. The building is an upscale residential apartment complex with a concierge, and a pool/sauna/hot tub area. Olga is very responsive. She was available at check-in, did an efficient, professional, and not-to-chatty check-in, and then texted later to make sure everything went smoothly. The apartment has a lovely balcony area that gets about two hours of direct morning sunshine, which made for delightful morning coffee. All in all - if you need a place to park in downtown Seattle, it's hard to beat Olga's apartment.

Our stay went beautifully. The accommodations were clean, comfortable, and met all our needs. The apartment is below the main house and so there is not tons of light pouring in, but that worked to our benefit - rarely have I slept so well in a place that was not home! The quiet of this lovely neighborhood helped as well. Parking was a breeze and grocery stores are close by. We would most definitely stay at Nate and Candace's again!!

Jocelyn’s place made me feel right at home as soon as I got there. Check-in and checkout was very flexible and easy. The whole place had everything I needed for my stay in Seattle. The neighborhood is extremely peaceful and I felt very safe. The balcony was my favorite part of Jocelyn‘s place. I got to see beautiful sunsets while sipping on some wine. I would definitely love to stay there again!

The Condo/Townhouse was very clean and you cannot beat the location. All CityPass locations are very walkable. The bakery downstairs is amazing and there are many good restaurants and bars. We took our teenage boys there and they loved being able to grab stuff from the Belltown Market as well. It is a bit noisy as the alley below has contruction trucks and trash trucks so leaving the windows open was not great. Overall the place was great!

This condo is located in downtown Seattle. The furnitures and cook tools are luxurious and clean. Especially you can see awesome views outside the window and in the balcony. Anyway, this is one of the best choices for you in Seattle. We had a good communication with the owners. They made clear instructions for each use. They also recommended nice restaurants.

Great location with a fantastic view from the condo. Secure/safe parking (check the height restriction if you have something tall-ish). Only negative note is it wasn’t super clean for us. But, would absolutely stay again.

Super cute Airbnb! I loved how it was within walking distance to a lot of great restaurants in the area, lots to see and do! Room looks exactly like the photos, and the Alexa comes in handy for turning on the lights within the room.

Agréable séjour chez Kartik. Il y a tout le nécessaire, des bouteilles d'eau d'accueil avec des chips 😊 Il y a même de la lessive ce qui nous a permis de faire quelques lavages. Appréciable. L'appartement est très spacieux et le lit confortable. Plaisant lorsque l'on revient d'une longue journée à visiter la ville. Très calme et sécurisé. Tout est à proximité, l'appartement est vraiment bien situé et le parking est un must si vous avez une voiture. Le seul inconvénient pourrait être que, si vous avez chaud facilement comme moi, en été par exemple la climatisation portable pourrait ne pas être suffisante. Il faisait frais pendant notre séjour, du coup je laissais une vitre ouverte ce qui faisait entrer l'air frais de dehors et ça allait. Je recommande ce logement si vous voulez être proche de tout, et encore plus si vous avez une voiture !

Our family loved staying here! The space was spotless, the home inviting and beautifully decorated. We enjoyed having access to the lovely outdoor space to play and relax in, getting to eat outside is always a treat, and the lilacs and hyacinths were blooming. We hardly heard any noises from the upstairs occupants. The heated floors in the bathroom were a real treat, too.

We really enjoyed our stay! Stephen and Rachel went out of their way to provide local recommendations for us. The house is large, comfortable, and well-stocked. There is a ping pong table and LOTS of games and toys for the kids! The surroundings were beautiful, and the neighborhood was quiet. We appreciated being able to do laundry. We slept well (which is not always the case at Airbnbs!). We highly recommend this home and will look at booking again when we visit the area again! Thank you!

Our group was very pleased that the house had a bathroom for every bedroom. The house was roomy, welcoming, and clean. The beds were very comfortable. Deer came up to the houses, which was really exciting to see. Would stay here again.

We had a wonderful time during our spring break trip with family. We were so close to everything, and didn’t have to spend a lot of time in the car traveling where we wanted to go - Pike Place market, the aquarium, the museums, the ferries, and shopping. The home was a great fit for our family, the beds were very comfortable, and lots of room for everyone to have their own space. The driveway parking was a bit tricky for us, but we just ended up parking on the street, which was totally fine. We would definitely recommend.

Spot on the Hill is in a quiet neighborhood with ample street parking. The place itself is well kept and has all the amenities. Billy was proactive in communicating, accommodated our late checkin and was quick in approving our extension request. Overall we had a comfortable stay.
