La casa è bellissima, così vicina al mare che sempre di stare in barca. Pulitissima e ben arredata. Gli host sono stati gentilissimi, disponibili, precisi e reattivi (Elina, la figlia del proprietario, è sempre stata velocissima a rispondere ai messaggi) e ci hanno aiutato con vari problemi che abbiamo avuto che non dipendevano dall’alloggio. Purtroppo a metà vacanza ha iniziato a soffiare fortissimo il Meltemi (da quel punto di vista la posizione della casa non aiuta, ma va anche detto che abbiamo avuto molta sfortuna col vento in quei giorni) e ha un po’ rovinato l’atmosfera..che peccato, ce la saremmo voluta godere di più. Sicuramente da consigliare.

È stato tutto perfetto. La casa è a pochi minuti a piedi dai principali punti di interesse in una zona molto tranquilla. La casa offriva tutti i servizi utili, inclusa la cucina ed un bello spazio esterno. Kenan è molto gentile, ci ha accolto in modo molto amichevole ed è sempre stato reattivo quando gli abbiamo scritto. Consigliamo vivamente questo alloggio.

Nous recommandons fortement cette maisonnette considérant les 3 terrasses, la proximité avec la piscine et la mer. L’hôte nous attendait sur le patio pour bien nous recevoir et nous faire la visite du propriétaire. Il faut préciser qu’en septembre, nous avons pu bénéficier d’une intimité nous permettant d’avoir à nous seuls les 2 piscines. Pour les prochains visiteurs, je conseille d’aller à la plage située juste en face. La mer est chaude,les vagues séculaires et avec la chance de passer à proximité d’une plantation d’oliviers. Pour 2 personnes c’est le grand luxe et pour une famille tout serait parfait.

Die Unterkunft hat eine exzellente Lage. Sie ist direkt von der Strasse her erreichbar und man kann vor der Haustür parken. Man hat dann im Appartment eine Wunderschöne Sicht auf das Meer und man kann dieses schnell erreichen über eine Aussentreppe. Diese Führt auch zu einem schönen Weg der zum Hafen von Kiveri und den Restaurants führt. Die Unterkunft selber war mit allem Augestattet was man braucht. Alles hat einwandfrei funktioniert und wir haben als Familie eine wunderschöne Zeit dort verbracht. Wir würden jederzeit wieder dort buchen.

We had the most amazing stay here. Initially there was an issue with the building’s lift as it was not working however Amarildo sent an engineer to fix it straight away once I had let him know, he was responsive at all times. The view from the balcony is insane and beautiful!! The apartment itself is huge and had all the amenities we needed. This place is a hidden gem right in the centre of Vlore. I would definitely rebook the place if anytime I come back to Albania.

Ankunft war super einfach, wir bekamen rechtzeitig zuvor genaue Instruktion über Adresse, schlüssel etc. Apartment ist wunderbar gelegen mit tollem Ausblick und Balkon zum Meer, ca 15-20min Fußweg zur Altstadt von Dubrovnik entlang Meer. Wohnung mit 3 Schlafzimmern (wir kamen mit 5 Personen) und ausreichend Platz mit gemütlichem Sofa und Sitzen und Küche. Wer selbst kochen möchte hat eine fast vollständige Ausstattung. 2 Bäder in neufm und modernem Standard. Klimaanlagen in allen Zimmern, die auch als Heizung funktionieren. Wir kommen jederzeit sehr gern wieder.

Sans aucun doute l’un des meilleurs Airbnb que j’ai pu faire… L’appartement est grand, parfaitement meublé et puis que dire de cette vue sur la mer sur le balcon… À couper le souffle. À noter la place de parking devant et la machine à laver qui est d’une utilité cruciale. Ce sera un vrai plaisir de revenir !

I entirely agree with the other reviews. It is exactly as described. Fantastic location about 30yds then 38 steps above a bakery/Supermarket in the old town. Amazing view of the old town and harbour from the balcony. Well stocked kitchen, comfortable bed, excellent shower over bath. We had a hire car, and Ivan met us, drove us from where we parked to the flat and carried our bags in! Parking in Cavtat is the only potential problem if you have a hire car so ask Ivan for advice. We took the bus to Dubrovnik because it's even worse there, and the bus is easy! Fantastic place to stay and thoroughly recommended.
