Also 15 minutes from cross lake, and Weedsport racetrack. We are right next to the state trails for snowmobiling. DOGS on approval basis ONLY, with an extra 150$ pet cleaning fee. Please note due this property being riverfront, it is not appropriate for guests with small children. If you are looking for quiet in the beauty of nature or happen to be a fishing enthusiast, this is just the spot for you. Our home is 7 years old includes a large open kitchen and living room area with a gas fireplace. Also, enjoy a cozy 4 season porch with wood burning fireplace along with an 8 person all season Jacuzzi and large private patio.
