I loved it, pleasant stay. Would like to book again..

We were initially skeptical about booking the property because our previous experience with Airbnb has been nothing but terrible When we previously booked a property in Malviya Nagar and it was literally a dirty basement. However, this time when we booked a property with Shubham, it was was up to our expectations. It was perfectly clean and homely. Everything was as expected. The check-in was smooth. The kitchen had enough utensils to cook meals. The only problem we faced was regarding internet connectivity but it got resolved later since the host, Shubham, was very responsive and accomodative. Would surely visit the property again. Great experience overall.😊

The property is very spacious and very well managed. The host Promilla ji is proactive and reaches out with very clear instructions. The property is very neat and clean with all the amenities. Definitely gonna try the same property incase I am visiting this place again.

First of all the stay was really good. The host is so kind and humble that he upgraded the stay just because he found out that something was wrong with the earlier one. Both the hosts are genuinely good, polite and helpful. The caretaker as well helped us a lot. (Just one issue arose with the lock system as it took time as the lock system has some problems) But besides that, everything else was perfectly maintained and it was a beautiful and immemorial experience. Thank you so much.

Great place, wonderful host. some road noise because of proximity to highway but other than this is a great place to be in.

We (four people) had a splendid experience staying at Mou's place for six nights in March 2025. She was very helpful and responsive, from resolving queries related to the booking to arranging for WiFi and an electric kettle upon request. It's a beautiful place, with lots of natural light and air—a rare thing in Delhi—and much greenery all around. The balconies were particularly great for spending some quiet time in the mornings, and the living room was perfect for long chats and hearty laughter. Mou's place is accessible by metro, auto, e-rickshaw, and cabs, so we had no trouble moving around at any hour. Having a separate key also helped a ton. Overall, I'd totally recommend this for a peaceful, comfortable stay.

Anjali was a great host. She was very responsive, polite and helpful. She let us checkin early as we arrived quite early to the place. The room was great too, very cosy, clean and comfortable. Great room, great host, fantastic view!

We had a really comfortable stay . The kitchen was a standout—fully equipped with everything you need to cook, which made meals a breeze. Cleanliness was top-notch, which made the whole experience even better. Rajenderji was super prompt and helpful with any questions we had. They even provided all the starter toiletries, so we were set from the moment we arrived. Definitely a great spot to stay.

Loved this spacious, luxurious penthouse with a beautiful rooftop garden—perfect for relaxing! The 2 AC bedrooms (with TVs) were comfortable, and the 55-inch TV in the living room was great. The location is safe, peaceful, and close to markets, cafés, and metro stations. The host was responsive, and everything was clean & well-maintained. Highly recommend! Mithu was extremely responsive, helpful, and polite—made our stay smooth and comfortable. Would definitely stay again! 😊

Both the owner and the staff are very cooperative and it didn’t feel like a transactional conversation. They were extremely friendly and very helpful. The place has a nice swimming which the kids didn’t want to get out of. Overall a pleasant experience!

I had a great stay at Beir's property! The place was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The place is close to the India Expo exhibition centre. The host was very responsive and accommodating, making the entire experience seamless. A special mention to the caretaker, Sabal Singh, who was incredibly helpful and attentive. He ensured we had everything we needed and made our stay even more enjoyable. He helped us with some delicious breakfast as well. I highly recommend this property to anyone visiting Delhi. Would definitely stay here again!

Host is very good. helpful . But not recommended for 5 people family where 2 of them are senior citizen. 2 people have to sleep in drawing cum daining room. suitable for 3 people family. But location is very good. property is specious.
