Me and my husband wanted a little break away and came across this gem! All the reviews we read prior to booking were absolutely correct! If I’m honest I don’t think the photos do this place justice, it’s a lovely apartment with fantastic views, right on the beach front. We felt right at home! The Bronze seafood restaurant just a short walk down on the beach has the best cappuccino in the world! The food was awesome and fresh too. The beach has a lovely boardwalk either side, with breathtaking views. Très bien situé dans le centre d'Aveiro, vue sur le canal, le logement est très bien équiper pour passer un séjour agréable et paisible, pas de bruit de voisinage, literie confortable, important après des journées fatiguantes... Mi estancia fue realmente agradable. La casa es muy acogedora y su ubicación, a un paso de la playa, es un verdadero tesoro. Dormir con el sonido del mar de fondo es uno de esos pequeños placeres que no tienen precio. El piso está reformado con un estilo moderno y cálido, además de estar impecablemente limpio y bien organizado. Adelaide estuvo atenta en todo momento, lo que me hizo sentir acompañada durante toda la estancia. También me recomendó varios restaurantes, algo que siempre se agradece, incluso conociendo ya la zona. Sin duda, pienso repetir.

Hôte très réactif et arrangeant. L'appartement est bien équipé, spacieux et opérationnel. Je recommande pour visiter Coimbra.

Great location, gorgeous apartment! We were two adults and one child, and had plenty of space. I wouldn't recommend staying here if you have a car - the parking spot is not near the apartment and it isn't very convenient. But if you are using public transport and walking, this location is perfect.

Carlos was great helping me with places around the area. His apartment was very nice. The only thing at night there's a Bar across the way and young adults are loud in the very early morning yelling and singing but didn't bother me too much. I probably did that as well when I was young 🤔

Si quieres desconectar y tener intimidad, este es el sitio! un lugar con bonitas vistas, tranquilidad y espacio, sobre todo si vas con perro! A la nuestra le encantó el jardín y pudo disfrutar estando suelta y sin peligro de escapar ya que está todo limitado. La casa tiene todo para que sea cómodo y no falta de nada! En el espacio hay dos casas: en la que te quedas tú que es la primera que ves nada mas entrar, y otra más grande enfrente, más cerca de la zona jardín -piscina, que está cerrada. Pero no compartes espacio con nadie más durante la estancia. Dentro del recinto hay bastante espacio para aparcar. Nosotros hicimos llegada y salida independiente, por las circunstancias, aunque normalmente hay alguien que te recibe. Pero la comunicación con Antonio fue buena en todo momento. Gracias!

Das Haus in Medas ist ein kleines privates Paradies mitten in der Natur. ein wunderbarer stilvoller Rückzugsort für alle die Ruhe und Natur schätzen. Marisa ist der perfekte Host, der dich dabei unterstützt deine Ferien in vollen Zügen zu geniessen. Ich kann das Haus bedingungslos weiterempfehlen - wir freuen uns schon darauf bald wiederzukommen.

We had a lovely week at the house and the surrounding nature. The house was beautifully located, well equipped and clean! Although we had very rainy weather during our stay, we still enjoyed beautiful hikes and the house offered a cosy refuge for us. Would stay here again and would definitely recommend it to anyone else. Thank you for the hospitality António!

Wonderful, restored (now modern with nice furnishings) mill house. Very charming with lovely outdoor sitting areas and garden. Nice living room overlooking the river. Good location for visiting Coimbra and the schist villages and for doing nice hikes in the hills. Nice to have four mountain bikes to explore on. David was very responsive and provided good local recommendations.

C’était extraordinaire ! Les enfants ont vraiment adores leur séjour grâce à toutes les attentions pour eux dans le logement. Malgré la pluie personne ne s’est ennuyé ! Le logement est magnifique, endroit tranquille et si près de la ville et des attractions. Nous avons adoré, le meilleur logement à ce jour avec des enfants.

Excelente! Um sitio muito bom para passar férias. A casa está lindíssima , com tudo o que necessitamos para passar umas semanas de férias . A vista que temos do Oceano é maravilhosa. O senhor António é muito atencioso . Super recomendo.

Un apartamento de 10! Todo prácticamente a estrenar, las terrazas inmejorables con tumbonas y sillas cómodas, y la vivienda con todo detalle. Sandra es una anfitriona cariñosa y atenta, pendiente de que nuestra estancia sea perfecta.. Las tardes de bruma las hemos podido suplir con disfrutar del maravilloso sofá y terraza. Muito obrigado por tudo!

I recently stayed at Urbiluso Airbnb and had an amazing experience! The space was clean, well-maintained, and exactly as described in the listing. Urbiluso was incredibly responsive. I felt very comfortable and safe throughout my stay. Overall, it was a fantastic stay, and I highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone visiting the area!

appartement très propre calme, bien équipé et a 2 pas de la plage. tout est proche, boulangerie , petits supermarchés . Marina est très agréable. je recommande.

Espaço acolhedor, limpo e bem localizado. A cozinha estava muito bem equipada. Foi uma estadia muito agradável.

Es war alles super. Die Lage ist Nah vom Zentrum und am Fluss. Das einchecken wie das auscheggen liefen Reibungslos. Die Unterkunft ist sehr gemütlich.

Wir habe noch nie eine so gepflegte, saubere und gut ausgestattete Wohnung erlebt. Sie entspricht zu 100% den Fotos. Es gibt einen großen Tiefgaragenstellplatz. Der Vermieter Manuel hat sich proaktiv gekümmert und mehrfach nachgefragt, ob alles in Ordnung sei. Die Lage ist direkt am Hauptstrand von Esmoriz, nur durch die Uferstrasse getrennt. Allerdings sollte man beachten, dass Ende August direkt vor dem Haus ein Jahrmarkt mit entsprechender Lautstärke am Nachmittag und Abend stattfindet.

Niet aarzelen om deze accomodatie te huren als je graag Porto wil bezoeken : met de trein die op nog geen 5 minuten wandelen van het appartement bereikbaar is, sta je op een goed half uur in het bruisende Porto. Maar de rust van het appartement is zalig, de bruisende zee die je constant ziet en hoort is de beste relaxatie, de zalige ligging aan het strand van Granja is erh praktisch, maar ook de andere op wandelafstand nabijgelegen dorpjes zoals Aguda en Miramar zijn de moeite waard... Tot slot vind je echt alles in en rond het appartement wat je nodig hebt om een zalige vakantie te hebben. De keuken is zeer ruim uitgerust, de twee badkamers zijn zeer functioneel, er is enorm veel opbergruimte...er is een bakker, slager en kleine supermarkt op 5 minuten wandelen, en een grotere supermarkt op 25 minuten wandelen...
