From its left side, the cliffs of the parishes of São Roque, Praínha and Santo Amaro do Pico, crashing waves and fluttering birds; a sunset to fall in love with… This house is part of a small family owned resort, where there is a restaurant called Magma, a grocery store, a yoga room and an heated swimming pool. The living room has glass sliding door that open the interior nature and the views. What are you waiting for?

Uma janela de frente para o mar e costas nas encostas da costa Norte da Ilha do Pico. Sentado na poltrona pouso o olhar em São Jorge lá deitado ao longe. Nos pés da casa o mar enovela-se como gato que ronrona. Fecho os olhos e sorrio, encontrei o paraíso... Antiga adega de pesca totalmente reconstruída na primeira fileira de frente para o mar. A vista é incrível a começar com o nascer do sol matutino. Abriga até 6 pessoas (4 pessoas em camas e duas em sofá cama). Espaço com 4 ambientes.

Composta por 2 pisos com 2 janelas panorâmicas, pode alojar 4 pessoas, 2 no quarto e 2 na sala em sofá-cama. Tem 2 WC's completos. Vale mesmo a pena acordar para ver o nascer do sol!

A Casa Acima da Rocha, está a “um palmo e meio” das pedras da costa com uma vista magnífica sobre o canal Pico- São Jorge, onde se poderá embalar com o sussurrar das ondas do mar e o canto dos cagarros. Embora esteja numa zona mais isolada, pois encontra-se inserida na Paisagem da Vinha-Património da Humanidade, está muito perto de todos os recursos necessários (Centro de Saúde, Mercado, etc).Tem zona balnear a poucos metros.
