A great place to stay for a large group. The house is 4 stories height with 2 rooms in each floor. All rooms are spacious, clean and nicely decorated. All rooms has their own toilet, squeaky clean and the hot water works well. There is iron with ironing board, kettle, glasses well equipped kitchen utensils Theres fridge in each rooms too Location are superb. U can walk to taksim square and istiklal street, and galata tower is also not far. bus stop is just 3mins walk. We love the place and it makes our stay in istanbul memorable. Definitely worth it 👍

This is our second time staying at dear Gülcan's villa. It will be our first choice for every trip to Istanbul from now on. We feel very comfortable in the villa as a family. After touring Istanbul all day long and returning to the villa, we entered a real paradise. There is a magnificent sea view and all the luxurious details have been considered. We loved the jacuzzi, sauna, and cinema room. We had a great time in the big garden. Hüseyin Bey helped us a lot to make us comfortable in the villa. The owner was amazing - always came to help right away when we needed it. It was not allowed to go up on the balcony, which doesn't matter at all for us.
