Kai Joo Lane has been part of old Kuching since 1923. Coffin makers and opium dens once, kopitiams and biscuit shops now. India Street is at the end of it. Two proper bedrooms on one level, a queen in one and two singles in the other. No lofts, no ladders, no spiral staircase. The most straightforward of our six and the easiest with children.
