We had a wonderful family stay at the property. A beautiful peaceful setting. We loved the wood burning hot hub and the pizza oven. Gym was great, and games/family chill room was perfect for kids to have their own space seperate from the main living/dining area inside. Jack and Richard on hand and very responsive. Richard even popped over right away with fire lighters on night one when the previous guests had left an empty box which was very helpful.

Our stay at Mark's was wonderful. The area is very calm and beautiful, Mark was always there to help us out when needed and the place was gorgeous ! There are also lots of things to do around and visit, it's perfect !

Second séjour chez Nicky pour nous. Comme toujours, nous sommes ravies de ce coin de tranquillité ! Un super accueil, une maison toujours aussi agréable ! Nous recommandons !

Très bon sejour chez Louise qui se rend disponible, elle est a l'écoute et le logement etait parfakt le petit jacuzzi a l'abri des regards. Je recommande a 100%

Nous avons passé un très bon week-end entre amis. Le lieu est très agréable et le logement parfaitement bien aménagé, la piscine et le jacuzzi que nous pouvons privatiser sont un vrai bonheur.

Un petit séjour dans un écrin de verdure au calme dans la petite maison dans la prairie. A notre arrivée, un petit feu dans le poêle nous attendait et en cas de besoin, Steve et sa femme très réactif et bienveillant. Un retour aux sources loin du tumulte de la ville ! Nous reviendrons 😊

Fraser est un hôte très sympathique, nous n avons malheureusement pas pu communiquer beaucoup car nous sommes resté très peu de temps, l acceuil est parfait, le cotage bank est juste super cosy, nous y avons passer une soirée près du feu , la literie est correcte, le couchage digne d'un bon hôtel, idem pour la salle de bain. Merci pour l acceuil,nous y reviendrons plus longtemps afin de partager avec Annie et Fraser.

We had such an amazing week at Julie's Gite. As everyone said, Julie is such a super host and she was always trying to ensure everything was as we wanted and expected. She knows so many things around the area and helped us to book an activity and recommended places to visit. We were with our 2 kids and grandparents. They all had a lovely time at the games room and in the pool and the massive trampoline!! ( The kids loved jumping up and down all day.) The rooms were so clean!(I am picky about cleanliness but this Gite had no dust, not even under the beds!) Probably, this place is the cleanest Airbnb I have ever stayed at. The kitchen had everything we needed and Julie asked us if we needed more pans, plates etc etc. The nearest supermarket has got everything you need . (fresh fish counter, meat counter as well). We had a day trip to Mont Saint Michelle , Laval, kayaking in Gorron. Our favorite bakery was Boulangerie Chérel at Gorron.Thank you Julie for all of your hospitality.

We enjoyed a wonderful stay at Stephanie and Nicholas' cottage. The cottage was extremely peaceful and quiet, with beautiful views. The kitchen was extremely well equipped and the cottage was spotlessly clean. Stephanie and Nicolas were extremely helpful hosts and very responsive to queries. We would recommend and would be happy to stay again :)

A warm welcome awaited us at this beautiful rural hideaway. We couldn’t have wished for a more peaceful well equipped cottage. So easy on the eye with many thoughtful extras to make our stay even more enjoyable. We hope to visit again soon and can’t recommend La Gutrie highly enough.

Debbie est très accueillante et vraiment disponible et s'assure que tout se passe bien lors de votre venue. Des hôtes discrets mais qui répondent présent si nécessaire. Il y avait un coffre à jouet à l'étage qui a fait le bonheur de mon petit garçon ! Merci

Gîte confortable, dans un endroit très calme. Nelly vous accueille avec le sourire et ça sympathie. Je recommande cet endroit si vous souhaitez être au calme!

Pam est tres acceuillante et soucieuse du bien etre des visiteurs. Le cottage est mignon, au calme. Il y a beaucoup d'oiseaux, un paradis pour les amateurs de nature. Dans l'environnement on peut visiter la jolie region des Alpes Mancelles, descendre la Sarthe en canoe. Je recommande fortement.

Wij verbleven een week in het huisje. Het huisje was heel compleet en heel schoon. Met een privétuin aan de rand van het bos. Wij hebben genoten!

Endroit très calme et paisible. Idéal pour se poser avec les enfants et nos deux chiens. Départ de randonnée juste à côté du logement. Ce sentier est à 2km de la voie verte (vélo et pédestre). 5 minutes en voiture du charmant village de Sourdeval où nous avons trouvé de nombreux commerces.

Nous avons été très bien accueilli par Karine et Stéphane. Nous les remercions pour ce superbe week-end que nous avons passé. Un vrai havre de paix. Tout était parfait. Nous reviendrons !

Ein toll renoviertes Anwesen,ein liebevoll und perfekt eingerichtetes Cottage in wunderschöner Landschaft, eine unglaubliche Ruhe. Obwohl wir mit 4Std. Verspätung erst Mitten in der Nacht ankamen, wurden wir sehr herzlich empfangen. Eileen und Jim sind super Gastgeber. Vielen Dank für einen wirklich erholsamen Urlaub.

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour, dans un cadre idyllique, la vue est à couper le souffle et la terrasse fort appréciable. Les lits sont très confortables, et la maison dispose de tout le nécessaire pour se reposer tranquillement. Un grand merci.

Wow - This was our first time booking an AirBnB and we are so glad we chose this one. Great comms with Julie in the lead up to the holiday and met us on arrival. The cottage is stunning - so well equipped and very cosy. The surroundings are beautiful and relaxing - just sitting outside watching the animals in their paddocks and having a drink/snack was absolute bliss. Well situated for exploring Normandy with all the D-Day sites, Bayeux and Mont St Michel all within easy reach by car. Both Julie and Nigel were excellent hosts - a warm welcome, checking that we had everything that we needed and letting us sample their lovely homemade chorizo and soup. Couldn't wish for a better venue and our hosts were amazing!
