Boasting a peaceful rural location, but only 1 mile from Junction 32A of the A55, makes it a perfect location for working in or exploring the North Wales Coast, Wrexham, Chester and Liverpool. Lovingly converted by the host, it sleeps 6, has 3 bedrooms and benefits from fibre WiFi, onsite parking, a patio and lawn. With a bedroom & ensuite on the ground floor it caters for those with limited mobility & younger guests.

Davies Cottage, cosy, comfortable base

A perfect base for exploring the North Wales Coast. A cosy and comfortable place to return to at the end of the day. It has wifi, good quality beds and bedding and a full bathroom, with lots of towels! The Point of Ayr Nature reserve is 5 minutes away, Talacre sand dunes and lighthouse, then Prestatyn further along the coast. Ffynnongroew was a mining village, with 2 pubs a few minutes walk away, along with a take away, Post Office and small convenience store. DOGS ALLOWED, NO CATS.

Located five minutes from A55 and adjacent to Halkyn Mountain, an ideal touring base for exploring our local area and beyond, great pubs and restaurants, theatres, market towns, the beaches and castles of Wales Coast/Snowdonia or Chester/Liverpool. It is very small, but fully equipped with modern facilities with character features.
