The little house

Relax and enjoy this cozy little house located centrally in Richland Wa. at the foothills of Badger and Candy mountain. We are near shopping, restaurants, wineries and easy access to the Highway. We have some of the best wineries in the country. Lots of fun hiking trails and outdoor water recreation. The little house has a queen murphy bed, and another queen bed in the loft. It’s designed for 1-4 guests. Kitchenette includes fridge, microwave, toaster, Keurig, blender and electric skillet.

NOTE: this is a basement walk-out apartment underneath our family’s living space. While we have gone to extensive lengths to eliminate sound transfer, you may still hear occasional footsteps above (especially 7-9 am and 5-7 pm).

Enjoy the tranquility! The Grain Bin Inn is located 15 miles north of Pasco, WA on an organic farm, featuring over 300 different crop varieties, from asparagus to zinnias! Attached apartment with private entrance in a quiet neighborhood on .5 acre. The kitchen includes basic amenities like a refrigerator, burner, microwave, and essentials. Guests will enjoy the french doors that open to a deck opening to a large back yard. This place is perfect for 2 people. **If you bring a dog please inform us beforehand. Not doing so will result in a pet fee of $50. Also, please let us know if any accidents from pets.
