Die Reinigungspauschale ist für bis zu 2 Erwachsene & 2 Kinder 40€. Bei 3-4 Erwachsenen sind für den 3. & 4. Gast pro Kopf 13€ zusätzlich vor Ort zu zahlen (also max. 60€ Endreinigung). Die Gemeinde Puchberg hebt zudem eine Kurtaxe pro Erwachsener von 2,90€/Nacht ein, die ebenfalls vor Ort hinzu kommt.

The apartment is located close to the famous old Viennese wine village of "Grinzing" and the surrounding hills, "Kahlenberg", "Cobenzl" and "Leopoldsberg". There is also easy access to the city centre in less than 20 minutes by tram.
