Dioclatinas Palace, Bacvice beach ,bars, restaurants, shops, ferry port, central bus and train station. You dont need car or taxi because everything is at walkable distance Most of my guests are here for short stay 1-3 days (traveling from airoprt to islands or other way because location is ideal)

Newly refurbished and sunny apartment is located in a beautiful classical style 1930’s villa. The apartment boasts a view of the islands surrounding Split and overlooks the unique villa garden you’ll pass through to get to the beach. This 75m2 apartment is ideal to accommodate two to four people. It has a private parkingplace if you are comming with car. The apartment is situated within 10 minutes walking distance from the Diocletian’s Palace, the bustling market, Prokurative and Riva.

The apartment of 49 m2 is fully equipped provides a comfortable short or long stay, and Wi-Fi (32Mbps) . The neighborhood is quiet and surrounded by Mediterranean plants. A pleasant walk through the park takes you, for only 10-12 minutes, to the city center. Bacvice beach is 100 meters away . Our new apartment Carmen is located in Split in the area of ​​Žnjan and is only 150 meters from the sea and 3.5 km from the city center. The apartment consists of living room, kitchen, dining room, two bedrooms, bathroom, toilet and balcony with open sea views. The living room and bedrooms are air-conditioned. it is located on the 1st floor of a small residential building equipped with an elevator and parking space in the garage. Nearby are markets, coffee bars and pizzerias.
