We had a wonderful time, the House was immaculate. Talking to Graham was very straight forward and easy. The house and grounds are in a beautiful setting. My wife and daughter used the pool most evenings. I would highly recommend staying at Blyth view!

We’ve just arrived home after a 2 night stay at James’s place. Very comfortable and well equipped. James kindly let us check in early as it was cleaned and ready for us. Nice and quiet area and lovely warm indoor pool. There is a pub opposite where everyone was very friendly and darts and pool is free. We had fish and chips delivered from Oulton Road fish and chip shop and they were amazing. I would recommend and definitely stay again.

Spacious, very clean accommodation with all we needed. It was a comfortable set up for our long weekend. Very well located by the marina with many long walks for our dog but also close enough to restaurants, pubs and shops. A enjoyable stay.

We loved our stay at the Hayloft! The apartment was spacious, spotlessly clean, in a beautiful location. The hosts were great, on hand if needed, and they even went to the trouble to post us a few things we'd left on the washing line! :) Thanks again folks, we'll definitely be back.

Lorna and Dean's cottage was a so comfortable for our group and a wonderful place to make our Easter memories. Everything is so well appointed and there are detailed notes about absolutely everything. The house is so lovingly lived in and has real cozy character. The garden and pool are stunning and a sun trap for the whole afternoon. The house is located within an easy distance to so many places, we enjoyed a visit to Sandringham while there. We would love to come back and stay in the future and would recommend to family and friends.

Booked the lodge as a surprise for my best friend’s 40th birthday. Four of us in total, that don’t get to see one another often; and everything about this experience made it so special. Selina was so accommodating and flexible to our individual needs; kindly letting 2 of us access the lodge ahead of check-in time, to set up birthday banners & afternoon tea (ordered from No. 142 Cafe in Oulton Broad). The entire stay exceeded all expectations! The photos don’t really do it justice. The lodge is stylish, comfortable, and spotless. The double bedroom boasts its own access onto the spacious veranda, and such a lovely marina location. A fab bar/restaurant onsite too, which we enjoyed the next day.

Really enjoyable stay at Sarah’s place. She was fantastic and great at getting back to me. The lodge had all you would need including a washing machine. It was clean, spacious and the little treats of biscuits and milk on arrival was a great touch. The site was good, with excellent food and entertainment. The only downside was the bathroom/toilet. As it was downstairs, it was right next to the living room, which could be uncomfortable for some. However, we loved the whole place and will be back if in the area! Fear not about booking!

we had a fantastic time in Dunwich staying at Mikes place. it's a beautiful house in a lovely quiet location in Dunwich. The house was ample for the five of us and the kitchen became our hub - a lovely space to cook and eat around.

Couldn’t believe what a beaut of a place this is. One of the nicest places we’ve stayed. Kristel was responsive and very helpful, even allowing us to let ourselves in early when it turned out we were a bit stuck on arrival day. Short walk into Wells, peaceful cul de sac and good parking. We couldn’t have asked for more.

Smooth booking and then leading to our stay clear instructions for checkin shared. The cottage was exactly like the pictures, very cosy and plenty of amenities to get us settled like being at home. The playing fields across the way were perfect for the kids to enjoy. Location of the cottage was ideal for visiting Wells and Sandringham. Lovely touch too with the homemade cake on arrival.

We had a great stay at Scott’s house. Lovely stay in a brilliant location, right in the centre of Holt. Scott was great with communications, easy instructions for access and also in the house for amenities etc Homemade Victoria sponge waiting for us was a greatly appreciated gesture! Will definitely come again.

Shona’s place was a real home from home with everything we needed for a family of 10 staying over Easter. Kitchen was well equipped and living space was lovely and roomy for us all. Fire and hot tub were lovely extras too. Would definitely recommend!

We stayed at Paddlestop for a long weekend to celebrate my 63rd birthday - 7 of us and two tiny ones, from 23 month old through to 89 year old! Suited us all perfectly. Awesome to find such a gorgeous, truly family friendly, property. Stair gates top and bottom, so many toys to keep my grandchildren amused in the garden, utility room as well as kitchen giving plenty of storage, really comfy lounge, spacious bedrooms. The garden is more spacious than the photo would suggest, with plenty of options for seating in sun or shade. Own parking always a huge bonus for a holiday home - one car fitted on the drive and the other two were able to park out the front. Fantastic welcome hamper, and additionally a birthday card and chocolates! We loved the furnishings and artworks too. It was a short easy walk to the high street and the sea front. Thank you Sarah for everything, and the early check in worked a treat.

Kind responsive hosts who were there to help but not intrusive. Very convenient to have en suite bathrooms for the comfortable themed rooms.

Another amazing Easter break spent at little lodge . It always feels cosy at night and it’s in a very peaceful location. Spotlessly clean throughout and we had a lovely relaxing holiday . Thanks again .

Great weeks stay in New Buckenham. Quirky, comfortable, cosy house with lovely light bright dining area. Easy on street parking. Excellent Sunday lunch at the Kings Head.

I have just returned from an absolutely amazing stay at The Osiers. The cottage is even more stunning in person! I was so excited when we pulled up in the car because it’s so beautiful from the outside, but I was even more excited when we walked into the house! The kitchen and dining area/conservatory are so stunning, the lounge is so cosy and inviting and the bedrooms are beautiful. And, as for the garden, it’s incredible! It’s a gorgeous big, private garden with a table and chairs and a hot tub, which my nieces were very happy about! We all loved sitting out in the garden listening to the birds singing and watching the sheep and alpaca in the field opposite. My only disappointment was not getting to see the deers, but that’s nature for you! Maybe next time.. Joanna and Chris could not have been more helpful, accommodating and friendly. They really are 5* hosts! The cottage and location were so wonderful, we definitely plan to revisit! I highly recommend booking up a stay here.

cobweb cottage was cozy and well equipped. The bedding was great and very comfortable. The space was perfect for everyone to gather in, but also the annexes allowed everyone to have enough privacy. The local pub is highly recommended we had a great meal there as a group and they couldn't have been more accommodating! Everyone in the group commented on how cute the property was. A couple of the properties quirks are covered in the welcome book and are clearly labelled, we had a slight issue with the boiler on check in but Joe showed us how to work around it so wasn't an issue. The Internet wasn't working on check out but we didn't need it so wasn't a huge issue. All in all a great stay!

Had a fantastic stay at Hoxne House which was able to host 10 of us comfortably. The property was a great base with the beautiful Weybourne beach and countryside just a short walk away. The house has a range of games, beach chairs and wind breaks allowing us to enjoy our trips to the beach and time spent at the property even more. Great communicative host and somewhere I would hire again without a second thought

Great location. At least one double bed would be good and a second toilet when 4 people are staying and a cloths line would be good. The house was fantastic everything we needed we were very happy with it and would stay again.

Great place to stay, Linda wzs able to update the changes we needed straight away, and responded immediately. The lads were impressed with accommodation, it was very homely.
