The place is very nice, comfortable and accessible.. The beddings are clean.. The pool water is very pleasant to swim in, it doesn’t sting the eyes, no strong smell.. The couch in Villa 1 could use an upgrade.. They don’t have a stove yet but they improvised 2 butane stove at the bar outside,, it just rained almost our whole stay, so we need to bring the food from the bar to the villa with umbrella but the staff are super helpful and nice.. They assisted us in everything we need.. Will definitely go back.. Thanks a lot to the owners!

Awesome stay – highly recommend! Our family had a great time at this place. Super clean, cozy, and just like the photos. The host was really friendly and made everything super easy, from the endless queries Sir Mark was responsive. The bed was comfy, Wi-Fi was solid, and the space had everything we needed for a chill stay. Loved the location too super peaceful. We would definitely come back with more days of stay. Thank you!!!

I’ve stayed in this property 6 times now as I attend business in Greater Manila. Beautiful villa with all you could need for a stay Really clean, comfortable and modern. Claudine manages all your name as housekeeper. Michiel and Rizza who own the property are incredible helpful and responsive. Really safe and secure location. Close to all key motorways for easy access to all major local cities. Could not recommend more highly.

Me and my friends definitely had a great time staying here. Although we find it quite expensive for to be honest as the place needs some fixing like the water pressure was too weak; and the aircon pressure on one room was really poor even it’s on its lowest temperature. But overall, we had fun, location is awesome, and near to a lot of establishments like groceries, cafe, hospital, etc. Thanks!

Would recomment this place. Napakadaming kwarto & kama tho di namin nagamit yung 2 rooms kasi kokonti lang kami. Maganda vibes ng place napaka private kahit na yung room ng caretaker is nasa kusina hindi ka makaka feel ng awkward na may iba kayong kasama sa bahay kasi napaka friendly ng caretaker and lahat ng hahanapin niyo is nasa loob na din ng place like liquors, softdrinks, toothbrush, toothpaste etc., bibilhin niyo nalang sakanila if kulangin kayo basta mag inform lang kayo ahead of time kay ate & kuya (caretakers).

Great house for multi family gathering. Clean quality linens, nice beds, fun game room. Pools were nice and clean. Kitchen was great for a big group. The view was fantastic! Don't forget knives if you go, there were plenty of forks and spoons but no knives. Also if you are planning on doing lots of cooking maybe bring your own pans and cutting boards as the IKEA ones were well used but still workable. Host was very responsive and the caretaker was there if we had questions or couldn't find anything. There was a fair bit of trash around the house, which was only noticable because of how nice the house was.

Very nice place!! The hosts are very friendly and tentative. They helped out my family on everything they needed and were very helpful. Awesome place to rent if you have a big party/family.

Great place to stay! I highly recommend the place for big groups, corporate events and family get together. Resort staff are very helpful, friendly and accommodating. The rates are reasonable and worth the price. Will definitely visit again for other special occasions.

The rooms are very clean and well designed. They have kitchen, swimming pool, karaoke and other useful amenities. The location is 10 minutes away from Bag of Beans Main Branch.

The place is big and spacious, especially the parking. There's an area that you could shoot some hoops and a fire place that you can cook some smores. The open space with canopy where you can do most of your activities is spacious and have a good design. I like the native design of the seats with its water resistant foam. They also have a 3-piece wooden plank that can act as table and stable enough to sit. The pavilion is the star of the place. It's big, cozy, and just pretty. My only comment though is it gets quite hot in the area when the sun is high. The rooms are spacious and clean. I really like the design of the toilet and bath of largest room. Everything blends well even the lavatory, which seems to disappear together with the finishing of the wall. The pool is nice and clean. The place is beautiful, especially the rooms and bathrooms. Every corner is a spot for good photos. All the equipment is complete and clean. The kids and adults enjoyed the swimming pool and the effect is beautiful at night. It was worth what we paid. The caretakers are also very kind. You can recommend the place to others because it is so beautiful.

Pros: - The place is nice and no neighbors around the place so you can get loud without bothering the others. - Place is nice and perfect for reunions. - Even though there's no aircon inside, the room is still cozy at night and can accommodate large groups. - "DALI" is just 5mins walking distance so you can buy necessities if you forgot some. - Free use of gas range and griller so you can cook your own foods. - Lots of socket around the room so you can charge anywhere. Cons: - No wifi in area, and also signal is kind of weak. Would be nice if there's is a free wifi - No heated showers. Also nice to have if you are staying in a place with cold weather - Not the cleanest toilet and shower, but can be improve more. Not really a con, but expect many kinds of insects since there were lots of plants around the area. Also there are cats but you need to be attentive at times or else they will steal your food. Overall place is nice and perfect for chilling with friends and relaxing vacation

The villa is very spacious. I really like the ambiance. Though there is an opportunity to work on the landscape of the place especially in the front and the side upon entering the villa. I would recommend the villa to friends and family.

Great place if you want a huge space and homey vibe. Beds are enough for a lot of people. I’ve read a lot of reviews saying the place has not been maintained, but for an old house I would say it’s pretty decent and actually nice. So glad that the host was very accommodating - they let me visit the place and see it for myself before actually booking in the app. Just had a bit of trouble with security since it’s inside AFPOVAI with lots of entrance gates, but later on we discovered that there are alternative gate/s that are more accessible. Lastly, just like what most of the reviews said — the ate’s were great and very dependable during the stay. It’s just a bit hard to contact them remotely but during the stay I don’t have any complaints.

My friends and I thoroughly enjoyed the place with everything it had to offer. It was exactly as the photos showed and we were shocked at how well-maintained the place was. We were able to play boardgames and just the arcade which was extremely fun. At night we were able to also use the kitchen supplies and they all worked perfectly. We had the best time!

Ms. Vernice's place is wonderful and looked exactly as the pictures shared in the listing. The surrounding area is fairly quiet and it you will really feel at home. As a host, she was always ever so patient (from the time we were inquiring up to our stay/check out); and she was very responsive to all of our queries and concerns, no matter how minor they seem to be. 😊 Amenities and location wise - the place is worth it especially for big groups like us. It's a very quick trip from Metro Manila. Have already recommended the place to some of my friends and family. I hope to be able to book the place again sometime in the future. We had a wonderful time at Marian's place. The pool was the perfect size for our group, and the layout couldn't have been better—with the kitchen, dining area, and living room all conveniently located next to the pool. It's an ideal spot for small group getaways or a family staycation. Thanks so much for having us!
