Unser Aufenthalt bei Agnese war sehr schön! Die Wohnung ist perfekt ausgestattet und uns hat es an nichts gefehlt. Wir waren dort Ende Oktober/ Anfang November, sodass es schon etwas kalt war. Es gab einen Ofen, bei dem wir selbst das Feuer entfachen und versorgen mussten. Das war kein Problem. Die Umgebung war sehr ruhig, jedoch liegt das Haus direkt an einer größeren Straße. Im Haus und auch im Schlafzimmer war es für uns jedoch kein Problem. Wir würden die Unterkunft jedem empfehlen!

We were very pleased with our stay at Karlis’ house, which features a charming garden, a cozy terrace, and comfortable upstairs bedrooms. We stayed for three days with our dog, who was warmly welcomed. The nearby forest, with its many scenic trails, was perfect for walks. The peaceful, nature-filled area just outside Riga was ideal for relaxing. The house’s rustic feel, especially on the lower floor, added to its charm. The front door was an unforgettable, authentic detail—it felt like stepping into a Grimm’s fairy tale. The house has been modernized with care, preserving its unique "cigar box" character, especially at the lower floor. Karlis' house is truly a gem, and it was a delight to learn about the artist who once lived there and see his remarkable sculptures still on display.

Our stay at this apartment in Jūrmala was absolutely wonderful. The space is clean, cozy, and beautifully modern, offering everything you need for a comfortable getaway. The location is fantastic—just a short walk to the sea and near a peaceful park, making it perfect for nature lovers. The area is calm and private, providing a relaxing atmosphere throughout our stay. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking to enjoy Jūrmala’s charm in a serene and convenient setting.

Hosts left us an anniversary gift. ❤️ Perfect location for walking. Restaurants and cinema nearby. Overall a great experience. However, there's no good grocery shops nearby. The loft's stairs are very steep and the loft's ceiling is around 1,4m high. Maybe that's just us but we expected to have a higher ceiling. Don't forget slippers!

Sehr schöner Ort. Man kann zur Ruhe kommen und entspannen. Vom Garten der Anlage ist man direkt am Sandstrand. Joggen und wandern ist perfekt möglich. Am Haus links sind 2 "Wachhunde", ein Husky und ein shiba inu. Beide lassen sich sehr sehr gerne streicheln durch den Zaun zum Meer. Die Zeit im Dune Castle ist sehr wertvoll und absolut zu empfehlen. Die Besitzerin ist unglaublich hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend. Eine echte Perle in Lettland. Als kleinen Tip, ihr solltet Johns Chef hall zum Essen gehen. Seit 2024 ist Michelin in Lettland. Johns Hall hat 1 Stern, und das 13 Gänge Menü ist ein Traum. Vorsicht, ihr werdet Tannenzapfen essen. Viel Spaß in diesem wunderbaren Schloss .

de lokatie is perfect ten opzichte van restaurants en winkels. alles is op loopafstand. ook heel handig is het treinstation op 200 meter wanneer je naar riga wilt. kaartjes koop je in de trein. Van geluid van de weg of trein heb je absoluut geen last. appartement is groot en netjes.

We had a great stay with our small family travelling from Australia to see our Latvian family, Dmitrys place was perfect and we were blown away with how much detail and thought had gone into having everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect for us - beautiful park with kids activity nearby and a short walk to the beach and shops - Jomas iela. We would definitely stay again. Thanks Dmitry.

This is a great place to stay in Jurmala! The railway station is a few minutes away on foot, the sea and the beach are about 10-15 minutes away. Right behind the fence starts a beautiful forest, where you could walk and pick very tasty blueberries. The apartment itself is divided into 3 rooms - a bedroom, a living room with a sofa and a kitchen with another sofa. There is an absolutely stunning balcony with dining table and sofa. There is a gas cooker on the balcony and it was a real pleasure to cook breakfast there in the morning. Many thanks to the owner for his hospitality, it was a pleasure to talk to him about various things.
