Die Gastgeber*innen waren wirklich sehr freundlich. Gute Parkmöglichkeit war gegeben, bei Fragen haben wir eine schnelle und hilfreiche Antwort bekommen. Das Apartment war sehr sauber und hat eine gute Ausstattung der Küche sowie Badezimmer. Die Lage ist gut, wenn man zu Fuß unterwegs ist, das Meer sowie ein Supermarkt ist schnell zu erreichen. Alles in allem hatten wir einen tollen Aufenthalt!

Die Unterkunft war wunderschön und sehr sauber, ruhig gelegen aber alles gut erreichbar, auch mit Rad. Die Gastgeberin und auch die Vermieterin waren jederzeit erreichbar und sind supernett. jederzeit wieder. Danke

Top Kommunikation. Von der Buchung, über Check-In & Parkplatz bis zum Check-Out hat alles prima gepasst. Es war alles sauber und ich habe mich gleich wohl gefühlt. Der Balkon von dem man aus der Ferne sogar aufs Meer schauen kann ist am Abend und in der Früh einfach wunderbar um den Tag ausklingen zu lassen oder zu starten. Gerne wieder! :)

One of my best experience in my travels! The apartment was comfortable and clean. Flexible checkin, very comfortable beds and bedding, spotless clean apartment, friendly host! The apartment was near to everyting that we need: sporthall: 5 minute, supermarket half minute, sea and beaches 2-4 minutes, downtown on a beautiful walk on lungomare is 15 minutes. Thanks for your hospitality, professional manage and the super apartment!

Very kind hosts, apartament sorrounded by a garden, turtles running free-range beneath our balony, beech about 500-600 m away. We had a wonderful stay, thank you ❤️

Wij zijn met 5 man blijven slapen, er valt niks te klagen heel mooi appartement, lekker schoon en genoeg ruimte. Ook voor de deur kon je lekker zetten met een kopje koffie of thee. Het was een hele leuke ervaring en raad het zeker aan! Bedankt Veronika ook voor de gastvrijheid!!! :)

If you demand the finest, this house represents the pinnacle. The house is everything you see in the pictures and then some. You can feel the heart that has gone into restoring this house while preserving the soul of the architecture. The design and furnishings are luxurious and complements the house in a unique way. Even the little detailed touches and details are provided for, including toiletries, high-end bedding and towels. The kitchens are fully stacked: both inside and outside. While Istria has a lot of small coves and deserted beaches with cristal clear waters to offer, the decking beach in Moscenicka Draga is an exclusive way of experiencing the best of what Croatia has to offer from a beach perspective. Last but not least: Tanja and Oliver are top hosts. They are easy to communicate with, and does everything in their power to make sure, that your stay is truly a five-star experience. I recently had the pleasure of staying at this charming Airbnb in Slovenia, and I couldn't have asked for a better experience! The location was a couple minute drive from the pretty main square in Sezana. We used this Airbnb as a base to visit Piran, Venice, Postojna Caves and Predjama Castle. The apartment itself was cozy and inviting, with all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. It felt like a home away from home, with thoughtful touches that made our time there even more enjoyable. Our host was incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. We had a slight language barrier but it was no problem. Overall, this Airbnb was a fantastic base for exploring the beautiful Kraz region and nearby attractions. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a delightful stay in Slovenia!

Katja is a great host and welcomed us with a shot of a local drink, nice location and everything was clean.

Wir waren als 4 köpfige Familie 2 Erw. und 2 Teens (16+14) in der Unterkunft. Wir waren begeistert von der Ruhe und Abgeschiedenheit. Das war genau das was wir wollten. Das Haus ist ist zwar klein,aber es reicht völlig aus. Alles ist schön dekoriert und platziert. Genau wie man den Bildern entnehmen kann. Das Außengelände ist einfach ein Traum. Bis in die kleinste Ecke durchdacht. Die Outdoor-Küche haben wir regelmäßig benutzt. Wir waren jetzt im Oktober dort und hatten auch noch gutes Wetter. ( durchschnittlich 22 Grad ☀️) Dadurch wurde der Pool und Whirlpool sehr gut genutzt. Die kleine Bucht ist auch einfach sehr schön. Wir haben dort einen ganzen Tag verbracht und waren ganz alleine. Wir können diese Unterkunft nur bestens empfehlen. Wir werden wieder kommen. 🫶🏻🇭🇷☀️

Wir hatten eine unfassbar schöne Woche in dem Häusschen. Ich bin wirklich pingelig (leider), aber ich hatte hier wirklich rein gar nichts auszusetzen. Tihan war extrem nett, hat immer super schnell geantwortet und uns ganz tolle Tipps gegeben. Wir kamen an einem Feiertag und er half uns sogar noch das Nötigste zu bekommen, so nett! Wir mochten die abgelegene Lage sehr und haben super schöne Buchten entdeckt. Das Haus ist sehr sauber, der Garten super süß und gepflegt und es ist alles vorhanden was man braucht. Wir sind eine kleine Familie mit Hund und wirklich alle haben es geliebt. Danke an Tihan und Ivan :) Wir freuen uns, wenn wir wieder kommen! :)

Excellent location within walking distance of beaches, old town, and restaurants. We loved the beautiful garden space and the beds were very comfortable. Our hostess was gracious and kind. She went above and beyond in terms of hospitality and human kindness. She even had special toys for our toddler, a fruit bowl, and a welcome aperitif. She reunited my daughter with an item she left behind. Highly recommend this lodging.

Es war ein unvergesslicher Urlaub. Der Blick aus der Wohnung direkt aufs Meer, dieses milde Klima noch im Oktober, alles sehr besonders. wir haven es sehr genossen in dieser kleinen, aber feinen Wohnung zu sein. Die Lage ist perfekt und traumhaft schön. es gibt einen eigenen Parkplatz direkt vorm Haus undxeknen eigenen Zugang zum Meer über Treppen, unvergleichlich. Die Anfahrt direkt zum Haus ist gewagt, aber machbar. Mücken wsren auch im Oktober noch sehr lästig. Es war zu unserem Zeitpunkt kein Supermarkt offen ,einkaufen besser in Labin. Gaststätte war eine offen und eine Pizzeria im nahegelegenen Campingplatz. Renata war sehr unkompliziert zu erreichen und sehr hilfsbereit. Einzigst negativ zu erwähnen ist, dass in der Beschreibung von einer Waschmaschine die Rede ist. Diese gab es zumindest bei uns nicht. Sonst war alles top und absolut empfehlenswert. Wären gern noch länger geblieben.

We‘ve had a pleasant stay at the tiny stone house. Everything was so nicely put together. Please recognize, that because the Building is surrounded by nature, it‘s possible that ants and spiders enter it- so don‘t let food on the table over night and you‘ll be fine.

We had a perfect stay at Weronika & Antuns apartment. The apartment was spotless and very clean. Weronika & Antun was very accommodating and had many good tips of restaurants and beaches close by 😎. We would absolutely stay there again when we go back to Opatija.

Vom Checkin bis zum Checkout hervorragend. Alles verlief so wie man es sich nur wünschen kann. Unsere Erwartungen wurden beiweitem übertroffen. Das Apartment ein Traum. Es gab nichts was es nicht gab und alles blitzeblank. Parkplatz auf dem Grundstück oder mit kostenfreier Parkkarte auf dem öffentlichen Platz. Separater Sitzplatz im Freien zum Frühstücken oder relaxen. Bei allen unsere Fragen und Anliegen wurde uns sofort geholfen. Wir können das Apartment und die netten und freundlichen Menschen die dazugehören auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Um zu Fuß in die Altstadt zu gelangen hat man mehrere Möglichkeiten wobei man für den kürzesten Weg bei zügiger Gangart nicht mal 10 Minuten benötigt. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und bedanken uns recht herzlich bei allen die dazu beigetragen haben.

Our stay at Zdenko's place in Opatija was absolutely exceptional! The house is modern, spacious, and very practically furnished. We found everything we could possibly need – from a hairdryer, iron, microwave, oven, to even a crib and toys for our one-year-old daughter. The on-site pool was an added bonus that made our stay even more enjoyable. Our small dog was also warmly welcomed by the hosts and had no trouble joining us on our vacation. The hosts are incredibly hospitable and always ready to help in any situation. They even surprised my wife with a small gift for her birthday, which made our stay even more special. We felt right at home. We highly recommend this place and will definitely return!

Z nastanitvijo smo bili zelo zadovoljni. Apartma je lepo urejen in ponuja vse, kar potrebujete za udoben oddih. Lokacija je mirna in omogoča sprostitev, Poreč pa je čudovit tudi pozimi. Renata je izjemno prijazna in ustrežljiva gostiteljica, ki je vedno na voljo in poskrbi, da se gostje počutijo res dobrodošle. Poleg tega nas je razveselila še z izvrstnim domačim olivnim oljem ter kivijem. Toplo priporočamo.

We had an absolutely perfectly relaxing vacation. The place is like it looks in the pictures, I’d say even better. You really only need to take some stairs down to the sea and can take a swim whenever you want. You can also get there by Bus perfectly easy and when our train broke down and didn’t work anymore on our way there, they were kind enough to pick us up 25 minutes away from there home, where we were greeted with a lot of friendliness and care, yet we always had our privacy. You’re located in the middle between Rijeka and beautiful Opatja and we really loved it. I’d go back any time and can recommend staying here very highly!

Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und gut mit dem Auto erreichbar. Das Meer war zu Fuß in 10-15 Minuten erreichbar und bietet einen Kiesstrand. Zu dieser Jahreszeit sind viele Restaurants bereits geschlossen, aber dafür auch deutlich weniger Touristen unterwegs. Man kann in wenigen Minuten Paula mit dem Auto erreichen und ein kleiner Supermarkt ist direkt neben der Wohnung. Für Schnorchel Aktivitäten eignet sich der dortige Strand nicht unbedingt, hierfür sollte man mit dem Auto Nahegelegene Buchten, wie zum Beispiel „The Columbian Grotto Beach“ oder „Prostina“ besuchen. Diese sind in wenigen Minuten zu erreichen. Die Umgebung um die Unterkunft ist stark auf den Tourismus ausgelegt und bietet daher zahlreiche Freizeitmöglichkeiten, allerdings kaum einheimische Lokalitäten. Insgesamt kann ich die Unterkunft bestens für 4 Personen empfehlen, die eine gut ausgestattete Wohnung mit ausreichend Platz in Kroatien sucht und nicht zu viel Geld ausgeben möchte.

Sanja is one of the kindest hosts we have ever met. She was proactive from the start, and flexible with our arrival and departure times. We were greeted with wine and some local delicacies in the fridge, and she even gave us recommendations for sightseeing. The apartment was very clean and comfortable. It has a large terrace with a beautiful view of the sea. The kitchen and bathroom were fully equipped with everything we needed, and there is a large supermarket close to the apartment. It is located in a quiet area, ideal for relaxing.
