Nous n’avons pas pu loger dans la chambre que nous avions réservé car il y avait un problème de climatisation. Néanmoins nous avons été relogés dans un autre appartement similaire dans la même résidence. Je ne peux donc pas me prononcer précisément sur ce logement en particulier. L’hôte est très très réactif, les instructions d’accès sont claires. Il est possible de laisser ses bagages et d’accéder au logement de façon autonome, ainsi que de faire une lessive, ce qui est un gros plus. C’est un peu excentré des lieux d’intérêts du district 1, mais ça reste accessible à pieds. Bien que dans une ruelle, le bruit des voisins autour, et des chiens peut être pénible, mais l’hôte ne peux rien y faire.

I love the location. Close to everything but not super noisy area. Host was very helpful with our early check in , and when you are traveling with big group we very much appreciate it. Clean and organized. Recommended!

Great place to stay when visiting HCMC! The apartment was has everything you might need. A pool is also a big plus :) Would definitely stay again!

The studio apartment was great with a huge bathroom. However, the highlight was Seb, the guy in charge at the front desk. He’s direct, a clear communicator, attentive to all my needs and makes the best cappuccino I’ve had so far in HCMC D7. Thank you so much for making my stay that much better.

단점이라고 할 것은 없었습니다 첫 방문 때 청결한 느낌이 좋았고 호스트 역시 굉장히 세심하게 관리를 해주셨어요 중간에 수건 요구를 계속 드렸는데 고객이 기다리지 않도록 적극 대응해주셨습니다 다음 여정에서도 이용할 계획입니다

Checking in was very easy with the provided instructions. The room we had matched the photos provided and was clean throughout. The location was fantastic, close to everything we wanted/needed but also just off the main road and behind a locked gate which made the room quiet and us feel nice and safe. Communication with the host was easy and he was very helpful and provided information on the city. Laundry was a huge plus and much appreciated too. If we returned, I’d have no doubt rebooking with Ben.

le studio est remarquable, c'est l'un des studio le plus spacieux, par rapport à la photo , il est très grand, Victor est toujours présent et très réactif en cas de besoin. Il est très arrangeant pour le départ.. je vous conseille fortement son logement. Pour la qualité/prix 👍👍👍 C'est sûr je reviendrai. merci encore à vous Victor (Vu)

Clean, spacious and comfortable stay. There’s a security on site 24/7 so it’s very safe. Similar to a hotel, there’s a placard you can put outside to have the apartment cleaned daily if needed. There’s a small washer you can use to do laundry as well. 5 stars, highly recommended. Would stay again for future visit.

I had a fantastic stay, it was lovely to relax and enjoy the beach and the rooftop pool. The people at the reception deck are so helpful. I totally recommend this say if you want a little break from HCMC

사진과 동일. 베트남에서 이용한 에어비엔비중 가장 가성비 있는 방이였습니다. 1군이라 위치도 좋고 길 앞도 조용한 편이였습니다. 단점을 꼽자고 하면 앞에 뷰가 공사장인데 공사는 안해서 시끄럽지는 않습니다. 다시 호치민을 방문한다면 재방문 의사가 있습니다.

Staying at Bao's place was an absolute pleasure! They were incredibly accommodating and understanding, allowing for a flexible check-in time that worked perfectly for my schedule. I came to this apartment 2 times. Everything was perfect! The apartments and its facilities are heavenly, is really comfy. Plus, amazing owner!!! Oanh was super nice and always available for questions and help. He is a very responsive and hospitable person🫶🏽 we had a late flight and he was very kind and allowed a late check-out. Our stay was a great experience. Would definitely recommend it to everyone who's planning for a trip to Hồ Chí Minh.
