Clean very nice room in the heart of Cuenca. Lots of restaurants and shops within walking distance. Adriana was very responsive and flexible. My travel plans changed a couple days before arriving. I was able to book an extra night and arrive early to check in. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Very easy to communicate and get around despite my limited Spanish.

El hotel fue muy cómodo. La habitación fue perfecta con una cama amplia para dormir en confort con nuestra bebe. Me encanta que tengan platos en el menú del restaurante Magnolia que estuvo delicioso! El desayuno es un poco pequeño para lo que estamos acostumbrados a comer. Pero fueron muy amables de darnos una porción de huevos revueltos extra para nuestra bebe.

Had a great experience staying at the appartment. Marcelo greeted us and was very friendly and helpful, showing us around the city centre and giving us a short tour. The place is located very nicely, just a few minutes away from the bus stop which takes around 10 minutes or so to reach the town centre. The appartment itself is exactly as described. The rooms are very newly furnished, extremely spacious and clean. The shower was hot and had very good power. Wifi was also excellent. Thoroughly recommended!

A perfect little room in a gorgeous hotel situated in the heart of Cuenca. The staff were attentive, helpful, and kind. If you don’t mind a small room, this is the perfect spot.

This is a beautiful hotel right in the center of historic Cuenca. We loved our stay!

The staff made me feel welcome and very much at home. They couldn't have been more friendly, helpful or accommodating. The food was tasty, fresh and healthy, and at reasonable prices. I was in luck and the visiting masseuse was available. If you have a chance to get a massage from Elvita, I highly recommend it. I will be staying here again.

Great service, location, confy and spacious.

Nous avons passé une séjour parfait chez Fabian. La chambre et la salle de bain étaient très propres et agréables. L'appartement est très bien situé, à côté de restaurants et du marché. Nous pensons par contre que la cuisine est encore en train d'être équipée, il n'est donc pas possible de cuisiner pour le moment.

Mi estancia en este hostal fue simplemente perfecta. Desde el primer momento, el personal fue amable y atento, asegurándose de que me sintiera bienvenida y cómoda. Las instalaciones estaban impecables, con habitaciones limpias y bien equipadas. Además, la ubicación es excelente, lo que facilitó explorar la zona sin problemas. El ambiente del hostal es acogedor y tranquilo, ideal para descansar después de un día de actividades. Sin duda, recomiendo este lugar y volveré en mi próxima visita. ¡Gracias por un servicio excepcional!
