The Japanese Cedar Villa, measuring almost 70m2, has a bedroom, a living room with a dining area, a bathroom, a fully equipped kitchenette and a balcony. The bedroom can have a king size bed or 2 single beds, just let us know what you prefer. It is equipped with air conditioning/heating, Wi-Fi and a television. It is ideal for 2 people but can accommodate a 3rd or 4th person (children or baby) using an extra bed in the living room (without blackout).

The interior is decorated with ancient pieces of oxbow and wine barrels, pieces that were used in another time in the farm for the varied activities. Solar-powered wine house located in the Landscape of Pico Island Vineyard Culture - a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Just a couple of minutes driving from Madalena village, this traditional and remodeled wine house has its own vineyard on the backyard. A cozy space for two with a bedroom, kitchenette open to living room and a bathroom. The wine house is overlooking the ocean, Faial island and Pico mountain.

Our Retreat is a rural nineteenth-century house, restored with the desire to conserve the time of construction characteristics. Not only did we keep the main structure of the house, but also the fire oven and the respective chimney, the mill of wine production and the basalt stone floor . And, to finalize we added a suspended living room - literally a glass cube.
