You will find Back Lane Cottage tucked away in a lane in a hamlet called Eastgate. It is a two bedroom, fully renovated old property with lovely field views and is pet friendly. Downstairs is an open plan kitchen, dining and living area as well as a bathroom that has a shower over the bath. There is lots of storage space and there is a TV and full fibre broadband. Upstairs one bedroom has a king size bed and the other has two single beds. Between them is a toilet with hand basin.

You could enjoy its cosy front garden or have breakfast on the patio at the back of the property. Onsite parking is available.

This apartment has been fully renovated to a high standard with a south facing outdoor area with table and chairs. Located in the village of Buxton, in an off-road setting on a picturesque working farm. The Cart Shed is situated close to the wedding venues of Hautbois Hall and Oxnead Hall (which has a direct walking route from the guesthouse). Buxton village is located on the River Bure, perfect for fishing, canoeing, paddle boarding, dog walking and watching the local wildlife.

A perfect setting for couples in the heart of the Norfolk countryside on the outskirts of the historic Aylsham market town. 1 dog welcome, but not to be left alone in the property The Dairy forms part of Spratt's Green Farm and was completely renovated over 1.5 years, finished in July 2022. The property dates from the 1800s and whilst it now has all the nice bits you would expect, we have retained original features like exposed beams, old bread maker and copper boiler.

Wren's Rest is one of a group of unique little barn conversions on a small farm in the market town of Aylsham. We are just off the A140 which gives easy access to the North Norfolk coast, the fine city of Norwich and The Broads National Park. A 15 minute stroll will take you into the Market Place, where you will find lots of independent shops, cafés and pubs. Blickling Hall is just a 10 minute drive whilst Cromer Pier is 20 minutes by car.
