Really enjoyed our stay, it was just what we were looking for. A nice peaceful stay in the country set on a beautiful farm in idilic surroundings. The Old Calf Shed is close enough to amenities with them being around a 15 minute drive but far away enough that you cannot hear any traffic so it really is very peaceful. We thoroughly enjoyed walking around and exploring the farm, meeting the farm animals and taking in the fresh country air and scenery. The nearest village is just about a 45 minute stroll. The accommodation itself is plenty big enough for 4 people as described even though there was only 2 of us, so we had plenty of room. The eggs and milk were nice touches and the tea and coffee supplied so that we could have a nice brew when we arrived. The accommodation has plenty of cooking appliances and utensils, we didn’t want for anything. Pauline is a very responsive host, friendly and very welcoming, we could not have wished to have picked a better place to stay. Thank you! X

We really enjoyed our stay. Some practical improvements had been made since our last stay, in particular the new teapot was very welcome!

Alison was a wonderful host, there to greet us and she had already given us recommendations for the area. She showed us around her house explaining where everything is. The house book has all the instructions in it. The photos of the house do not do it justice, the house is so well designed with superb views. Wildlife watching from the terrace is a must! Every amenity has been thought of and we did not want to leave the house. However on venturing out there are plenty of walks from the house, or Marlow and Bray are not too far away with all of their famous restaurants. An exceptional location with Clivedon not too far away. We will be back, we had a wonderful time and cannot recommend Alison’s house highly enough.

A couple travelled with two teenagers, a toddler and an elderly. Frida's place was perfect for our group. The living room was big enough for all of us, especially for our toddler to run around. Comfortable kitchen with good size stove & fridge. Dining room w sufficient space for 6 of us. We cooked almost every day. However, the upstairs bathroom can be cold in winter and the shower water pressure is a bit lacking, so we end up using the downstairs bathroom most of the time, which was a good bathroom w good pressure and temp. Comfortable and clean beds. Complete amenities. Good wardrobes w enough space for 2 weeks worth of clothes. The cottage is also walkable (15-20mins) to Hampstead High St and Heath, much to our delight! My mother-in-law ws so happy w the place, she suggested to return here whenever we are back in London. Happy to! A tip: the downstairs bedroom w double bed is more suitable for elderlies and those w young children due to the space and access to bathroom.

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt in Nunas Haus, es ist eine abgeschiede ruhige Oase im Londoner Westen in Uxbridge. Nuna war für unsere Anfragen immer schnell und gut erreichbar. Das Haus ist ideal für Menschen, die es ruhig mögen und hat alles, was man braucht. Uns hat nur die Möglichkeit gefehlt, das Hauptschlafzimmer richtig zu verdunkeln.

Lovely place to stay. Very convenient walking to Oxford. Home was exactly as described. Lovely stay. Shame about parking being off site but that is not fault of host but something to consider. Bath was a little dirty with a woodlouse, hair and dirt in the bath which was shame as it let down the property slightly. Overall, a good stay for a weekend away.

we were extremely happy with our stay and Lucy communicated promptly with us and gave us a heads up if there was to be any delay. House was extremely spacious and clean. Would not hesitate to book again.

Lovely, clean well equipped accommodation. Well positioned in a pretty village with easy access to the surrounding Cotswold & Oxfordshire countryside. Terry & Elaine were very gracious hosts and it was lovely to share the garden with them.

I went there with my wife for her birthday and spent a couple of nights. The place is very serene. Apartment is impeccable and felt like home. The spa staff is awesome. They even helped me plan a surprise for my wife. The host is also very helpful and responsive.

This apartment is in an excellent location in Oxford. Everything can be reached on foot. We were there for the May Morning celebrations and could access everything easily. The flat is well equipped despite being small. There was quite a lot of noise from traffic at night. We enjoyed our stay. Oxford in May sunshine is hard to beat!

This is the perfect home from home when I visit Maidenhead to see my Mum. I appreciate the fact that it is in such a quiet leafy spot, yet easily walkable to the river and Boulter's Lock as well as the town centre. The room feels spacious, calm, well cared for and has everything you need. Thanks for a warm welcome and a pleasant stay.

Two years after our last stay in Binsey, we were very happy to return for another week. It was a very nice welcome, we had lovely conversations with Alison and Steve. Binsey is unique, quite, excellent if you need time to write or read. Rent a bike for journeys to Jerchio, the city center, colleges or the University hospital. We can highly recommend this place and hope to return in the near future.

We had a fantastic stay at Glyme Flat. The location was perfect for what we wanted as we were exploring the Cotswolds. The Flat itself was super clean and tidy with everything that you needed and was in a very quiet location. The information pack was very detailed and would definitely recommend watching the video of how to find the flat as it came in very handy when we lost signal from the main entrance. Would definitely look to stay here again in the future.

Absolutely loved this place. The view out over the fields, the footpath from the door down to the river, the super comfortable bed, neat little kitchen area and thoughtful design. The village is pretty, a few minutes walk to the friendly local shop, several pubs and the beautiful, ancient, Dorchester Abbey. Great for visiting Oxford and the surrounding area.

Beautiful cottage style house very homely with lots of personal expression in the decor and personal effects (instruments and furnishings) Very spacious both inside and outside. Close enough to Milton Keynes for our event and close to surrounding towns but very quiet residential area with quaint little strip of shops and a post office. Was ideal stay for our purposes at a time where all accommodation was high it was fairly priced although I did mention it was not most ideal price but when you get there and see that your in their home and protecting their space it is clear why it’s priced as such. This is a stay that will feel like you’re in someone’s home, however, the communication and instructions allow you to feel at ease and welcome. Neighbours seemed lovely and friendly and the cat was a welcomed visitor. Cannot fault the property or its amenities at all would love to stay again

We loved The Stable and it was just less than a mile from our daughter's house, so a great location. Everything we needed was provided. Our only gripe was that we were too hot the first night, but we don't blame Rita for the weather....

What a gem! We had an amazing stay in the cottage. This is such a beautiful place, and the garden opens on a pedestrian courtyard, it felt really safe for the kids. Lovely short country walk to two local restaurants where we enjoyed going more than once. The flowers were such a nice touch, thank you. And in terms of amenities, the washer-dryer was so welcomed.

Stayed for a few days when visiting Oxford, would book again and stay for longer next time.

Nena’s cottage is a hidden gem. It exceeded our expectations. The place is super cozy, squeaky clean and fully equipped to the smallest detail. The Christmas tree and welcome hamper were a kind touch that made our stay more welcoming. The location is great, surrounded by nature in the middle of beautiful Cotswolds. Couldn’t have asked for a better getaway.

Sarah’s place was a great place to stay. We visited as a group of friends and the grounds were a real highlight - including the lake and hot tub! The mezzanine bedroom is fully private. Would recommend!
