Wake up to stunning views of Lac Leman and the Grammont summit and grab your morning coffee or a glass of wine up on the rooftop terrace:) We are easily accessible to reach as the Planchamp train station is a mere 1 min walking distance from the front door & we have 1 free parking. So many adventures to be lived:)

CAPELLA is our Chalet Apartment (new build in 2018) fitted to a high standard in the residences of Chalet Brunes in Morzine. The apartment consists of 2 double/twin bedrooms, 1 large bathroom, open plan kitchen/lounge and large south facing terrace with beautiful mountain views. Also access to a personal Ski Locker and individual Garage. There is also a communal Sauna in the same Chalet Building in the Winter.

Chalet Le Laydevant is a great choice for a relaxing holiday for a family with children or a group of up to 6 people. This 4* chalet is bright and totally modern, has an open-plan layout on the ground floor and 3 cosy bedrooms upstairs. There is plenty of storage space and a secure garage (ideal for mountain bike storage). And the backyard is perfect for children sledging, learning to ski or playing outdoors. The adults will love the great views and plenty of light and sunshine, even in winter.

You can ski-in/ski-out directly to the main lifts and the balcony offers unique, unobstructed views of the lake.

Newly Renovated studio with wrap around terrace and views of the Pleney. Walking distance from town centre and lifts, private covered parking, ski locker and cave. Part of the old town, the studio is a bright space which gets morning and afternoon sun. There is a double and a single sofa bed with plenty of cosy bedding. Recently refurbished, quiet apartment in a perfect location. 10 mins walk to the town centre & 15 meters from a stop on the free shuttle line that will take you to ski lifts. The building is across the street from some of the best bars and restaurants in town, but the apartment faces back - with a view of Pleney and Point de Nyon. A great place to escape as a couple or a family with 1 or 2 kids. Enjoy everything Morzine and its mountains have to offer in winter and summer!

Welcome to our cozy 17sqm cabin in the woods, perfect for your next mountain holiday. With Mont Blanc gracing the horizon, you'll be treated to breathtaking views. Please note that this lovely tiny home is situated away from the town centre. It is about 1 hour on foot, 10 minutes by bus, or 4 mins by car. Also, this is the last year Le Cabin de Cerro will be available to book on Airbnb. April 2026 the cabin will undergo an extension and will no longer be a tiny home.
