This place was so very beautiful! New and very clean. It had all of the amenities and more. Stephen was easy to deal with. I highly recommend staying here for families and or couples both old and young. If you decide to stay here you will be more than satisfied. We will return!

Great location, walking distance to all 3 lakes (Morton, Hollingsworth and Mirror) A Perfect place for 1 or 2 people with easy private parking off the alley, absolutely no issues during my 2 week stay. Marla is a great host and is easy to contact if you were to need anything. I hope to return next year 👍👍👍

Was a nice and quiet place after long hot days at the Sebring Racetrack.

Although it is a small place, it is very comfortable, location is perfectly located, very clean. The deck is a great perk to relax and enjoy the day. Audrey is a fantastic host, very friendly and very responsive. Will not only recommend this place but also Audrey as a host. Will stay in her place when we come to Sebring again

This home was wonderful. It was very close to all the restaurants and to Legoland park. This house was very clean. The home was well equipped. I was able to cook with ease. My family enjoyed staying here.

Let me start out by saying that I could buy this place fully furnished and live there happily. The beds are super comfortable. The furniture, art, accessories etc. make it feel like home. Functional kitchen, nice living room and the showers!!! amazing. Water pressure galore and nice hot water. Dual coffee maker that can do a standard pot or K cup style pods. Easy access to Lakeside village or downtown. The tile work in the bathrooms is something that I would choose for myself. Now some hosts provide amenities but just the basics. Melissa provided great soft towels, body wash, shampoo and conditioner in each shower. She provided snacks and coffee and even wrote us a card welcoming us for our stay. A great host and a great place to stay. If we were going to be back in Lakeland this would be our first choice!!

From the time I booked until check-out, the host was very helpful. My family and I drove from NC and arrived much earlier than anticipated and the host was very understanding and helpful. She allowed an earlier check in that worked perfectly for us. The house was very clean and clutter free and I would highly recommend 5/5

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at this location. The view was gorgeous, the pool was great, and the home was beautiful. It was so peaceful, and siren. There were great local restaurants within a few miles, and a boat ramp within minutes in either direction to rent a jet ski. Lake June in the Winter is such a peaceful place. I took several early morning runs and the area was just perfect. At sunrise or sunset the view was just breathtaking.

Carla was very quick to reply to my messages. we loved the large fenced in back yard so my dog could roam freely. the lanai was was welcomed. The house was beautiful and I would highly recommend this stay to anyone that is going to the area.

The condo was nicely updated and well equipped. Trevor was the best host we have had - very helpful. He makes a great ambassador for Sebring, which is like a taste of a quiet, southern hometown.

We stayed over the weekend at Westgate River Ranch Rodeo and had an amazing experience. Judith was absolutely wonderful, always checking in to make sure everything was perfect. The apartment was very clean, beautifully organized, and had a welcoming atmosphere. We went with our family and had an incredible time — it was the perfect little mini-vacation. We couldn’t have asked for a better stay. This was our second time renting with Judith, and once again, she exceeded our expectations. She is truly an outstanding host. Thank you, Judith, for everything. We can’t wait to come back soon!

I enjoyed my private and quiet location during my stay. I love running and this place was a perfect match. A little bit far from the city it depends on the traffic. Noemi was a great and communicative host. She resolve quickly my concerns and was very proactive during my stay.

My husband and I were looking for a place to stay other than a hotel, for the Haines City, Florida Ironman. We needed a place where we could cook, shower, and rest before and after, those were our main priorities. This home exceeded our expectations. I appreciated the kitchen very much! It had everything I needed as far as making meals is concerned. From the homie atmosphere to the Clutter free space, and yet everything we needed, along with little inviting touches, made us feel welcome and right at home. I also have to mention that the outside and neighborhood is one of the most peaceful places we've ever stayed. The host has excellent communication, and cared about the big and little details. If we come back next year, we hope to stay here again.

miss Angelo was very helpful very responsive with anything I needed guidance with with. This is my second time there and I love the place. It just feels like home and it is so cozy. Cable television air conditioning. And a full kitchen, if you do not want to eat out. access to the swimming pool and hot tub, which was never crowded by the way there was never an uncomfortable stay at this resort you will never regret your stay witj her.
