Travis and his lovely family made us feel incredibly welcome and at home in their lovely spot in Buxton. I would really recommended as a peaceful and beautiful area to explore on the southern Outer Banks and would love to return again in the future.

I had an amazing few days at Jayme's place. Everything was exactly as described. I look forward to returning. This may sound like a cliche, but it truly is a hidden gem. The apartment is spacious and welcoming. Perfect for a small family or getaway with a few friends. I was able to visit with my family, while having my own quiet space where I could work in the day and see my kids/grandkids in the afternoons and evenings. Just steps away, you can rent a bike and go anywhere. The area is also very walkable. A wonderful restaurant is also just steps away from the property. Everything is very close, including groceries, restaurants, and things to do. And, of course, there is a very easy short stroll to the beach so no worries about looking for parking :) Jayme is super friendly and helpful. It was a treat to meet her. I don't think I have ever met a host in person. I have been fortunate to have wonderful AirBnB experiences, but this has been one of my best.

We were very pleased with Watermens retreat, the house was very nice and was exactly as described.

Heba’s place is an excellent listing with a great location on Hwy 12 in Frisco. It offers just about every amenity needed for a Hatteras Island visit. Even though my wife and I visited in the winter, we still felt there was much to do outside during our visit. The kitchen was great. The bathroom was clean with a solid shower. The bed was very comfy for those who like a more firm bed. I loved the electric heater in the living room and the TVs in both the living room and the bedroom were a bonus. Ample amounts of parking available and quite private, even though you are a few feet away from other dwellings. There is a great restaurant across the street within walking distance and a gas station only a minute away. 10 minute drive to Cape Hatteras Lighthouse, or the Hatteras Ferry and less than 5 minute drive to Frisco Beach. Definitely recommend and would stay here again if this listing is available in the future.

Nancy was an extraordinary host! Her condo was cozy and the surroundings absolutely beautiful. We enjoyed the sound of the sea breeze at night and enjoyed hanging out at the beach during the day, just steps from her place. It was a very relaxing stay! Even after we left, Nancy went above and beyond by mailing us an item we left behind. 100% would recommend this condo for its comfortable atmosphere, serene surroundings and its wonderful host!

We had a fabulous stay. It was exactly what we were looking for. The property is beautifully maintained and in a perfect location for beaches and the multitude of restaurants that are nearby. John was immediately available when contacted and was very helpful. We recommend this property without any hesitation.

We had a great vacation at Daniel’s home. It was extremely clean and exactly as described. It was in a perfect location to walk to the beach or to nearby coffee and ice cream shops, restaurants, and surf shops. Short driving distances to many other beaches as well. An added bonus, were the beds being very comfortable. I would highly recommend Daniel’s place to anyone looking for a pristine, relaxing home in a beach/surf community. If we come back to the outer banks we will definitely stay here again. Thanks Daniel !

Our stay was lovely! Everything in the house is quality. Comfortable beds, quality kitchen supplies, convenient ice machine, lovely decks. Beauty in the details inside and outside the house. From a hose to wash your sandy feet before entry, baby gate at the stair, a wooden tray to carry your coffee and breakfast to the porch with views of the ocean, to throw blankets in every room for snuggling under while watching your favorite movie on the many selections. The dogs were comfy and so were the two kids. Puzzles and board games in the cupboard, beach towels and muslin bath towels to dry off. Loved everything about our stay. Steps away from the beach at any time and laying on the roof deck at night to watch the stars. Mark was extremely responsive, sending a short video on how to use the nest HVAC. Super comfortable pillows for both back and side sleepers. Blackout curtains helped for those who need them. We slept with the windows open every night enjoying the waves. Had a magical trip.

We LOVED our stay at 3 Angel's Haven! This was our second time around and once again, Nicky could not have been nicer. There are six of us - three couples - so the room layout, each with its own bathroom, works perfectly for us. A short walk and we're at the beach. A short drive and we have our choice of restaurants, grocery, and fun, outdoor activities. We choose to come to Avon in the winter for a quieter vacation and we're coming from Wisconsin, so the colder temps were still 30 degrees warmer than home. We will be back.

First thing I noticed walking in was the beautiful colors on the walls. The house was decorated so well, we felt welcomed and comfortable. We love vacationing down here and will be looking forward to staying here again.

The home was spacious and clean. Stores, beach, restaurants, and activities all within walking distance. Highly recommend! Sandra was very responsive and the maintenance people were quick to arrive and address a burnt out light bulb even though we advised it wasn’t an emergency. Great place to stay and great people to work with.

Excellent beach getaway on a quiet street with an easy walk to the beach. A quick walk from a local market with everything needed. House was clean, kitchen was very well stocked with everything needed for a stay. Grill was clean and plenty of gas. Pool was clean and private. Plenty of room for parking. Balcony and porch made for excellent evenings. Beach access is close and private. Everything was clean and ready to go when we go there. Hoses and outdoor faucets made cleanoff beach stuff and dogs easy. Will definitely look to rebook in the future.

Our long weekend stay was peaceful and just what we needed to recharge. The beach chairs and boogie boards were nice to have for the beach! The walk to the beach was a little confusing at first, but once we found the right path it was very quick. Overall we loved our stay, especially the sleepover environment with the loft!

Jake was more than accommodating. Very clean. Jake was so responsive, respectful and GENEROUS! Highly recommend!

Stayed for our first trip to the OBX. Unit exceeded our expectations from the photos. The two bedroom suites are on opposite sides of the unit which our two boys (10 & 17) loved. Very clean and comfortable. Felt like a home away from home. Kitchen was very well equipped. Beds were super comfortable! Only slight critique was a clump of hair in the drain in the king bathroom tub and the shower curtain looked moldy all along the bottom. For our active family there wasn’t too much for us to do in the immediate area other than water sports, which they tired of quickly. So we spent quite a bit of time driving to other towns. But, that was partly our fault for not doing enough research. If you’re looking for fishing, kite boarding, or just a quiet escape, this place definitely fits the bill!

It was especially clean and nicely decorated. The kitchen was efficient with new appliances and granite counters. The bathroom also had granite counters. It too, was an efficient use of space with storage. The bed was comfortable and the bedroom had plenty of storage. It is very close to the beach, restaurants, the ferry, and shopping. The property has a pool, too. We enjoyed the walking paths around the property that wind around a marsh area. Office staff is on hand to answer questions.

We loved our stay at Resort Rodanthe. We loved the location, close to the shops and a short walk on the boardwalk to the beach. The outdoor showers were convenient as were the outdoor charcoal grills which we enjoyed some steaks our last evening. We will certainly come back again.

2 dads & 3 kids vacationed at this residence for a week in July 2024. We reached out a few weeks prior and the host answered all our questions, including that bed linens & bathroom towels would be included!! That’s a great perk and it was appreciated . The kitchen was a plus in that there were ample pots, pans, bowls etc, and a few basics (alum foil, seasoning, etc) that were available from previous guests/host, and we added to it as well. Two covered parking spots kept our cars cool and scooters dry. Overall, no major issues other than the week flew by too quickly.

The say at ‘Sea Too’ was the most enjoyable, peaceful and relaxing stay I have ever had at Cape Hatteras. Beautiful sunrises, sunsets, and the perfect atmosphere. I really couldn’t have asked for more!
